You can back up your save after killing elden beast. Should be able to get any ending. If you're frenzied up you gotta deal with that though.

Yes, I used Mimic Tear +10 and rivers of blood.

I wasn't using tear and didn't have it upgraded even, but I was using ROB.
She kept beating my ass and I finally submitted after my bro told me to use mimic tear and that shit took like 3 tries.
I was actually pissed and my victory felt hollow.
I'm not using this shit against radagon I learned my lesson.

I locked myself at level 100, STR build, no summons, no great runes, no consumables, BUT I used dual hammers to jump attack and stun her after dodging some of her moves, plus I swapped from dual to one hammer in order to block part of her anime attack. I guess I didn't beat her.

At the end of the day, you can even say "you rolled, you didn't beat the game" because it gives you a invulnerability window. I finally realized that in every Souls game, "everyone" is trying to find a way to cheese the game in which you feel comfortable/not like cheating and nothing else.

No, I did not. I've killed her twice now, once with summons and once without. But it did take me 20 tries the first time and 50 tries the second time. So she has beaten me 70 / 2. A decisive victory for her.

I guess there's an argument to be made there. The one thing that stands in the way of that is the fact that when you help hosts to kill bosses, those bosses only die in their game. Not in yours. They are still alive after you return to your world if you haven't killed them already. So in a way, they killed the boss with your help. You didn't kill the boss with their help.
