Everything about Kinect was a lie. Every time they did live demos of it at E3 and such the on-stage actors could never time their shit right and you ended up watching the gameplay happen on screen before the person "playing" even did the motions. It's honestly still amazing that Microsoft got away with it and most people seemingly didn't notice/care.
