LAST TIME >on their way to leave the lands of Hector and Eliwood, the party re-encountered Anthony, former bodyguard of Chadwick >enraged, Luke confronted the traitor and murdered him >then they left for Bern, while elsewhere, the OC of etruria revealed he may have been the one to manipulate Nergal all those years ago >TIME SKIP >the black fangs have mostly reformed >but now there's also WHITE fangs >they get attacked by bandits, morphs led apparently by Chadwick's partner >Then they had to fight a white fang druid >also we recruited a fruity dancer and a FOREIGNER, as well as a naive nun girl
Cuss counter: 26 What is this? >This is Fire Emblem: Black Fang, a remake/continuation of Decay of the Fangs, one of the most infamous early FE ROMhacks that was on hiatus for 10 years >Who gets used, who gets boosters, etc, will be decided by you
Do you have one of these for mainline FE games? I beat Shadow Dragon DS years ago, and just recently beat Three Houses and Shadows of Valentia in the past couple of months. I've started Awakening day before yesterday, and it's not great so far. Hoping this is the lowest point of the series.

>fall into a pit >decide to do some exposition on how Chadwick met the White Fangs oh boy.
I'm not a fan of the 3DS titles or the KAGAAAAAAAA games. for mainline, it depends on what you're looking for.
So far, and again its just from the 4 titles I listed, SoV was far more enjoyable than Awakening and Three Houses. I don't remember Shadow Dragon DS too well, so I can't speak to how I found it. Don't remember disliking it.
well, the go-to best entry points for the franchise are 7(titled Fire Emblem in the west) and the Sacred Stones. My favourite title is Path of Radiance, and if you would prefer story over gameplay, Genealogy of the Holy War and Thracia 776 have unequivocally the best stories in the series.
I can't help but snigger at that. Zean must've had a niggling feeling that keeping that term in would've gotten him banned, but maybe he didn't expect the FEU mods to be so niggled by the term.

>custom bloody sprite Now THIS is edgekino.

Never forget that hack with the bloody death portraits.
Yeah, that was the one I think. Except that playthrough you also cheated death every time so instead of people bleeding out and dying it was "whoops I fell into a puddle of tomato soup"
I have physical copies of Path of Radiance, Radiant Dawn, Birthright, and Conquest. I'll probably stomach through Awakening to rip the band aid off, then check out the GBA titles.
