If you take 2 white guys at the same job they will have a 100% different up bringing and background than any one else too. Just because they are both white and both men doesn't mean shit. Even if they had the same level of education or money growing up, their experiences, thoughts, feelings, etc, will still be completely different from each other. Or atleast, different enough with some overlap here or there. But all people have overlap here and there.
