Jeanne is pretty niche but when you need her for stalling, she's extremely useful.
Artoria and Mordred are both good sabers for farming and boss fights.
I'll honestly would go with a Saber, Jeanne is helpful and not many have her on their supports, but you only bring her to the battlefield a few times (and those times you bring her always suck).

Did arts team with Mash, Tamamo and Ryouma. He could rarely use his np with the low cooldown np drains, and hit like a wet noodle after the def buffs and healing.

Waver is a massively adaptable utility buffer that enables many teams.

Waver is an incredibly useful support. He gets outshined in specialty content by certain servants like Merlin or Castoria but he's pretty much never not useful.

So maybe you want to use different art servants and not solo all the time. Could get dry real fast

It's a bit of a tall order to "try to get" any particular SSR servant in the game.

The main selling point about waver is that notwithstanding his supporting ability he's in the permanent summoning pool. In other words, you WOULD be able to get him perennially, for no reason whatsoever, but this is considering that it would be at a non-rateup rate of... a very small number.

With an SSR ticket, this rightfully makes him a true welfare support such that you can mock other people who have grievances about not having him.

waver sidegrade after her buff, so yeah but not game breaking.

The meta in FGO revolves around broken support characters, and Waver is one of them. Oldest and most fair, but still miles better than any other character on that grid.

After buff, she becomes a superior Waver if you only need to buff one servant. Even outside of that, her NP is pretty interesting and she also has targetable Invincibility which is nice

I didn't want to have to try the fight more than once. Jeanne stall teams are consistent if nothing else. Merlin has an 8 turn cooldown invlun for a 5 turn (or less) cooldown NP. Leaving mash to protect you from every other one. Why take a chance when I don't have to?
