The MLGS or the Scythe for the two characters I've played with so far.

In DaS, the MLG is obviously linked to Seath because of the King's field Reference but Seath himself isn't really connected to the power of the moon.

he's honestly very easy to grind if you can stagger the fuck out of him, took me a couple tries to get used to the spergout spins but it's not as bad as you think

Go to Niall's site of grace, exit the boss room. jump on top of one of the ledges near the elevator, shoot the knight across with a bow, and like 70% of the time we'll teleport to you.
Took me like 30 minutes

iirc there's a grace by the ladder leading to him or at least a shortcut so you can just annihilate the first exile ghost and get straight to him. i remember my farming runs to him lasting long enough to get 2-3 kills in before my silver fowl foot wore off.
