Has to be some autism-sim made by a solo-developer over 20 years, preferably with unreal engine, so it looks immaculate even in a few decades. In the vein of dwarf fortress, but focusing on municipal planning and trade.
it's been out for years now but still in EA though
huge fan, games like this are why I'm glad EA exists
