Dont do any motions that require you to press up. Or even simpler buy a frame1 controller or a hitbox. It's like a Keyboard, these controllers are OP and LEGAL in fighters now. Look at Frame1 and see how the buttons are placed and then look at the shape of your hands it makes perfect ergonomic sense you will get used to it in a week and you won't switch back. This is the perfect controller for fighters.
