KH4 Sora looks fine aside from the hair. Besides, if the interviews after 0.2 were any indication, you'll probably be able to unlock KH1/KH2 themed outfits in KH4 as cosmetics.

Literally fucking 100% if Gummi ships are still in. They'd have to be retarded to pass that up. Fuck's sake, the last Gummi Mission in KH2 was basically just the Trench Run.

His face looks good, though. It's the same general facial design as the rest of the games but aged up slightly again, which is good because he looked younger in KH3 than he did in KH2 for some fucking reason.

3 was mid-tier and fraught with really bad development issues and delays (switching engine twice, dealing with peak disney 'tism in 2015, etc). The DLC showed the team still knows what they're doing, so as long as they don't get sent off track like they did before it should be good.
They've already outright stated that the game is going to be on UE5, so hopefully that's a sign that there won't be engine switches fucking things up.

i agree with that in terms of char model but i meant personality wise. it's like he became a goofy caricature of himself in the third. he was fine in kh2, but in kh1 it felt he was trying hard to act mature.
