the only thing i do in this game is raid savage (top endgame content that maybe 30% of the entire playerbase even attempt to interact with) and every single time I join a discord for callouts there are at least 2 biofemales on the call.

Most of them consider advances through online spaces to be creepy as fuck.
They have a few ways they deal with it, and they never suffer the consequences of getting guys banned or removed from communities they're a part of.

If you really want to do this here's my advice.
Male Elezen, tall and attractive with darker skin, make him look like one of the fem coombait Heavensward npcs. Talk to people in Limsa standing around, never enter large RP areas, only main centers of the town where normal people AFK in. Expect a lot of awkward conversations and men until you find someone decent. Add them on discord fast and do roulettes daily with them for a week. Be semi-charismatic obviously and a little rude. If she invites other boys to the group with you (which she will) don't try to compete for her attention, just make fun of everyone including her and crack as many jokes as possible

Women love MMOs, women love Final Fantasy, and women love a lot of the particular stuff that's in XIV (pretty boys, lots of dress-up options, story focus). I have a similar experience to you where I know far more women that play this game than men. That said, they're all usually pretty bad at the game and a lot of them are fujoshis that hang around in their gay catboy pile. I have met some cool girls that are pretty good friends, but they're also pretty casual, at best. On the other hand, a ton of the guys I've met have been assholes and creeps.

A lot of them are probably used to getting approached by creeps and orbiters and shit, though, so it's not any more of an "in" then randomly meeting a woman on the street, or hitting on women at the gym. They have to actually be attracted to you in the first place. I met my girlfriend by being in the same FC and I helped her farm a bunch of primal ponies when she was a sprout and then helped her get aether currents. She told me that she could tell I wasn't doing it to flirt with her and that's why she actually found it to be sweet. I was literally just Being Myself.

Why is nearly everyone who plays this game a fag or a tranny? Like every other male character is either running around in drag or is dressed in faggy skimpy clothing/pink dyed shit, and every single guild/"free company" when you look at the description says some shit about trannies and LGBTIA++WXYZ.

That's exactly why they're adding in the "trust" system though, where you can make a party of NPCs rather than actual players. There are really people who are glad to pay a monthly fee to play a single player game, which considering how successful FFXIV should give you an idea of what the future of video games will be like.

I firmly believe if the next GTA or COD game was released as a single player game that required a monthly fee people would pay it.

i dont think the xiv team is being extra hew here. i myself commited to play the entire ff franchise a few years ago, and then got to 11 and 14. i was only able to play 14 because i have a lot of free time, but a lot od people dont.
you can bet tons of people want to give it a try but dont because its a mmo. what they could is impose some sort of lock on the online (like how you're in the game but completely alone when you create a character) and sell it like that for people that dont wanna interact with the mmo part. but as of now i think what they are trying to do is 100% justified and theres an audience for it
