The one I use for my winmax 2 should work on the deck. Ravpower PD 65w. Expensive, but anything less than that, the device will try to charge the bank

I have admit that I am honestly impressed (or maybe disappointed) that so many people were shucked into buying this turd. They were so willing to believe that valve could break the laws of thermodynamics to make the battery last, that they were going to get a 'switch killer', that valve had done some magic to make gaming off an SD on LINUX (of all things) viable. Even when it came out and it was bad for emulation due to the weak CPU, people were still trying to claim that the devs of the emulators would come out and make new versions JUST FOR THE DECK.

Valve seems to have a strange way of making people literally deranged for their products. I've never owned one, but none of them pop out as being exemplary. Why are they able to engender such fanaticism?

Any gaming laptop is easily 2 to 3 times the price while being considarably more sluggish and less convenient to bring with you. The Deck has built in controls that allow you to play nearly any kind of PC game. A laptop would require an extra mouse or controller on top of it to be dragged with as well. It's meant for PC users who want their library to also be portable. Whether it's on the plane, on the toilet, on the bus or in the couch.
