Fairly simple since it has the same browser exploit that works on any older non-microsoft console (because they actually bother to update their browser)
From there, the model of your PS3 determines just how far you can go. Older models can straight up install permanent CFW. Newer ones need to manually boot up the CFW every time you power on.
