has more trouble with this dude, he's also earlier
why were the bosses in sekiro so much better than elden shite?
cus you eat shit
because sekiro is built around a specific type of combat, ER isn't
>filtered thousands
/ourking/
I swear he was one of the easiest for me.Yuki Onna was the boss that almost broke me in the first game.
i breezed through the game until i met this fucker, he pushed my shit in so hard
>helped my friend with this for over 2 hours
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Not when you see how much people have the achievement for beating him. After all elden ring is the most beginner friendly. For many many reasons.
this guy apparently
he just has like 10 bloodstains around him
(strangely enough all the bloodstains were compromised of users of rivers of blood, icerind hatchet, blasphemous blade and SoNF. Now what does this tell you about weapon skills and the people that use them (the sheer irony of having items in the game called weapon 'skills' that make the game substantially easier))
>ID knew people would get filtered on this guy
>they made it a recurring enemy later on
you can't deny it was based as fuck
he's the "go explore the world then come back when you're ready" boss. he's even optional, there's no filter or wall
what? i was struggling with even the basic enemies in Sekiro but beat that boss first try expz
this is true but chained ogre is a legit garbage boss, for all the talk of not playing sekiro like dark souls the first boss they throw at you is better fought as if it was in dark souls
They nerfed the shit out of him. He was filtering me when I played the game at launch, but when I replayed it recently he was a total pushover. Felt like he attacked half as much.
Literally impossible
ogre was fun outside of that one tracking grab
first attempt :)
Bullshit dude.
This one fucked me up for a while
Because you're shit. And the fact that you think chained ogre is a good boss proves it.
Reminder to go back to this area later in the game for a neat surprise.
this motherfucker. i was about ready to break shit by my 30th attempt. i don't even remember the fight that well, it's all a mad blur.
I can't even tell who that is
>950k peak players on steam
>79.8% have beat him
>190k people who got filtered
user's still right by saying filtered thousands and this isn't even including all other platforms/pirates
They slightly nerfed the fight a bit after release
Because they let you be as aggressive as you want and you can actually punish the bosses for spamming 20 hit combos unlike in elden ring where they can spam a combo for 36 seconds and there is nothing you can do about it
Seriously, name me 1 single boss in elden ring that isnt the le generic humanoid model that you can parry
What's the surprise
Thanks!
...
For wasting my fucking time user!
Still, I'm pretty fucking shit at souls games so i just used every summon and spammed r1, so it's definitely very beginner friendly unless you're retarded or a trihard
But you can beat him even if you're bad: youtu.be
Margit? Actually the first major boss?
blew me away to find out that chained ogre was a filter. I think he got me twice. but then I got the shit beat out of me by the drunkard so I can't really talk shit.
>uses flames that you wouldnt have normally unless you read a guide first
>has oil that requires you to go to a optional area to grind first
didnt beat the boss
might as well have posted a speedrunner skipping the boss entirely
To be honest I couldn't beat him and came back later when I had the oil and fire, didn't read a guide.
How fucking stupid are people that they don't realise u can take out 1 of his lives before he even breaks free. Chained Ogre is a joke, people are just really bad at video games it's confirmed.
Godamn this just reminds me of how fucking enjoyable & kino Sekiro really felt. Elden Ring just doesn't hold up in comparison.
1 Step forward, 3 Steps back, and that one step forward was just adding a jump button, for shame FromSoft!
goes back to
>your read a guide
and again
>you didnt beat the game
??????
Said nothing about a guide, which is wholly unnecessary for Sekiro as a whole.
How would you know how to deathblow him in his chains without reading a guide? You wouldn't because its impossible to know.
I think you're just bad at video games fren. It's okay though, no one cares about you anyways.
there is only one way to play in sekiro, which means they can refine it to a tee whereas with the freedom of ER there will be sub optimal builds
I'm bad at video games. Educate me without looking at a guide how to deathblow him in his chains.
Are you fucking DENSE?? Mate, if you need a guide to know the most basic mechanic taught from the moment you boot the game up then you are truly a fucking spastic.
This thing filtering people has to be a meme, right? Yea Forums cannot possibly be that shit, right?
>Educate me without looking at a guide how to deathblow him in his chains.
Get gud, simple as.
Simply elevate yourself to the nearest above ground branch or building and deathblow him from above. It's that fucking simple.
>game gives you the fire move
>immediately after this get a tutorial on how red eyed enemies are weak to fire
>immediately after this is a red-eyed boss
>being so fucking blind and retarded you missed this
Thanks for proving my point fucktard. You will always be a joke in the gaming communities.
>impossible to know
my fucking sides, are you real?
The combat itself was the filter. I killed that guy but interest quickly died off shortly after.
It's okay though, I don't have to like every game, or even the most popular game at the time.
>Chained Ogre
>Boss
Play the game
Malekith
You can actually just crouch sneak behind him too , did you know? Kek
Wait a minute......
I've only played through the game once on normal difficulty and he's really not that difficult.
wiman that card
honestly what did that dude even say
or they just went on to explore other areas, like the game wants you to
not him but margit is very humanoid, he's just a big dude with a tail
>Needs a guide to learn how to deathblow
This nigga
