It's just a half-serious autism summary I wrote for a friend of what an "Ungrafted Scion" in a DLC would play like when I made a dumb joke. I'll paste it here, but it's nothing special or crazy so don't get excited or anything.
One of the bosses involves a certain probably-shota noble who's been grafted and lost his sanity. Has a small assortment of weapons, especially ranged including a hand ballista and a sacred seal, and his moveset changes depending on which ones are currently active. Has one melee and one ranged active at the same time. After beating him in a hopefully-not-designed-as-cheap-million-combo-fight, you end up chopping off plenty of his parts in the battle (but of course his original face and upper body are perfectly intact maybe lower regions too) and the pain forces him to come to his senses. He laments that he's a freakshow and how much it hurts, might even be begging to be finished off. You can either kill him there (get his soul with special weapon), refuse and offer to either get him new parts (becomes a useful summon for the DLC bosses, maybe even for a couple vanilla ones, or becomes an ash spirit), or try to restore his original form (lose out on summon and weapon, but becomes a "covenant" with a couple neat spells/Arts. Maybe get a unique talisman too).
Then obviously he's an option for the ending and you can take him as your consort it's not weird at all the Japs and Chinese and Greeks and Egyptians did it all the time don't worry show it to all your friends no I don't know how the ending works forget the world and just take your new boywife right now

now that you mentioned, you can find pre-hollow vendrick so he may ask you to gather the 3 dlc crowns and then gives you the blessing, but that only happens in the sotfs version if i'm not mistaken
