elden ring or sekiro, which one should I buy?
Elden ring or sekiro, which one should I buy?
sekiro
i pirated them both
elden ring is das3 in an open world, sekiro is kino
Both.
if you want a game with an actually fun combat system then go sekiro, if you want more of dark souls go elden ring
what this user said, but eventually you'd want to get both
Sekiro, bosses in ER felt lacking compared to Sekiro's, but it makes sense due to the vastly different combat.
Owl Father, Emma and both Isshins are the tits.
Both. Imagine missing one of them.
Then again I would advise you pirate ER since it doesn't have DLC yet.
>it's good because it's... LE HARD
sekiro isn't fun, stop lying. It's grueling and fromtards only pretend it's good for le epic elite gamer clout
>sekiro isn't fun,
It is. Dilate troon.
cope n sneed
Sekiro is the far superior game, but you'll probably want to play them both.
games are not hard
kill yourself you parasitic normalfag tourist
It has Divine Dragon in it so it's great
sekiro
Not a single user you have replied to so far has mentioned difficulty, Journo-kun.
Nice bait anyway
Sekiro is so much better, it’s not even funny
Sekiro isn't even that hard. I'm convinced that more than half the people who say this shit got filtered by the ogre or it didn't even bother to learn the basic mechanics.
>it's good because it's... LE HARD
thats literally elden ring THOUGH?
Sekiro is fun it just doesnt have the same value of all the other From Soft games since you beat it once and never play it again.
>since you beat it once and never play it again.
the mark of a good game
elden ring replayability is even worse than sekiro
Sekiro has this one feature that I wish every Fromsoft game had, and that is being able to fight the bosses as much as you like without having to go through the entire game. Even if I'm not incentivized to do a second playthrough, I'm always willing to go back and fight the bosses just because they're that good.
sekiro is more replayable than das3, bloodborne and elden ring
sekiro
one has multiplayer, one doesn't
so buy elden ring, pirate sekiro
Sekiro is the better game and the combat is bar none, but elden ring probably has broader appeal.
ogre'd
Sekiro. There's a good game somewhere in there in Elden Ring, but it's spread thin and the repeated bosses get old. Sekiro is a way more condensed game and it's better because of it. The world you explore is always interesting and you don't spend hours wandering on a horse or exploring identical catacombs.
I've beat sekiro like 5 times and have done the gauntlets of strength multiple times. I replay it because it's pure, unfiltered FUN, not because I might've missed anything. It's the best kind of replayability.
neither, go play dragons dogma or dmc5
Pirate sekiro
both
Elden Ring for the adventure
Sekiro for the combat
I have both and I'd choose Elden Ring for the multiplayer
Play either, you'll get addicted and then move on to the other one.
I never said it was hard.
I just said it was fun. Relax, man. lol
Good bait by the way.
There are multiple ways and ending, dummy
NG+7, no Charm and Demon's Bell is fucking awesome when doing all 4 endings at this level of kino
Just send them an email and ask politely
I'd like it
neither just pirate like a sane person until the chinks manage to make a proper PC port that doesn´t crash stutter lag or can´t turn off enviromental effects without modding.
>been waiting for Sekiro to drop in price for (3?) years now
Games don't get cheap like they used to. Bargain bin games used to be 5 for £20 in Gamestation, big games £5-10 each a couple of years after release.
I'm really being pushed out of games with the type they're making and price point they've reached. They're both worth less to me and are more expensive. I can't see myself getting a new platform now. Even the likes of gamepass isn't worth it. If you're new to games fantastic, but it's games I've already played or never would play for the most part.
>buy
neither, sekiro is full price now because of ER, even DS3 is $85 with DLC lmao
>pirate
sekiro, it's a better game
This is bullshit, Sekiro is a shorter game and actually fun to play through every once in a while. ER is a fucking slog, even DS3 is a slog
Buy Sekiro, Pirate Elden Shit Ring, that is what I did.
Git gud faggot lmao
Nioh 2
The boss fight is fun though.
>grueling
Only if you're a rhythm brainlet. The game is easy as fuck. You only press attack and parry and very occasionally use a tool.
It's pretty dull and boring famalam.
Don't you have games to be reviewing?
True
Elden Ring, its just better in every way and has more content and you can make a sekiro build if your feeling like a weeb
Elden Ring since its funner when everyone is talking about it
Elden Ring is way better, but you should still play Sekiro afterward
Sekiro's combat trounces elden ring's. There is no sekiro build in elden ring.
Whilst Sekiro is the better game, I'd play Elden Ring now since the player base is still fairly high.
Sekiro if you like mediocre games
ER if you want to play one of the best games ever made
Sekiro is a great action game, its combat is fluid and fun. ER is a souls game with clunky antifun combat.
sekiro is quite easy. It has it's reputation because of faggots who button mash and don't read or listen to anything in the game. You can play Souls games like that but not Sekiro.
both
both
Sekiro is fucking awesome and honestly I’m upset they didn’t take some of its design philosophies for Elden Ring. Boss encounters and introductions are perfect in Sekiro, going up those stairs and seeing the Chained Ogre and then he busts out and the fight starts is great I don’t know if it was limitations within the limits of the open world or what but there aren’t enough cool moments like this in Elden Ring. It’s not like you don’t expect a boss to be in a big room you find at the end of a particular area but not using a fog wall for it still makes it feel that much more organic.
Sekiro is frustrating until the combat clicks but once it does it is the best at what it does. No other game has such a good and satisfying back-and-forth like Sekiro. Elden Ring if you want dork souls but bigger. Both are worth playing.
