Who could forget the Beast Clergyman? He has such memorable attacks like the one where you get hit through the fog gate by the Tree Sentinel reskin you ran by because every hitbox on it is a lazy disjointed AoE

Radahn is probably my favorite. I also enjoyed Astel, Horrah Loux, the fully grown fallingstar beast, Radagon (not the elden beast), Godfrey, Morgott, Mohg, and Placidusax.

Those are the fights that popped in my head as both memorable and not gay. Most of the other bosses in the game I just thought as a DPS race to see if I could outgay them before they outgayed me.

Mine is Grey Eyes White Dragon, Father of Dragons. Right after defeating Amber Eyes Lightning Dragon, Cerulean Eyes Ice Dragon, Crimson Eyes Burning Dragon, and le Epic Mario Bros Co-op Dragon pair: Sneedstein and Fough

My favorite boss attack is the one that every boss has where they clip through the scenery and oneshot you after your weapon bounces off that same scenery and leaves you open for 45 minutes

I really liked the 473rd dragon boss I came across. It had such unique attacks compared to most other dragon bosses, for example its fire breath was blue and it sometimes did two stomps instead of one

I like post-patch Radahn more than pre-patch. Beat both versions. He's a gimmick fight and meant to be a spectacle more than anything. Nerfed version of him accomplishes that design intention better.
