Because dark souls games are too easy and Elden ring would put people to sleep if bosses didn't "get their turn" once in a while.
The issue is the damage these extensions do, but that's it.
Some damage in Elden ring you are meant to just take, that's clear just by looking at some moves.
Considering the scale of the game, not being on point in terms of balancing is forgivable.
Fromsoft only needs to have one guy turn some sliders to fix it.
And you're autistic, you can beat this game with anything. There are better choices, but everything is usable.

Any build that requires just sole melee is garbage. You can't use lances, you can't use greatswords, etc. The game DEMANDS you have some sort of magical projectile.

I haven't even once touched pvp because I think pvp in every From game is garbage. Poise in pve great, it's just not shitter's poise from DS1 where you can just stand there and not flinch when smacked with a great sword which is and always was retarded. This game has proper poise where you wont get interrupted before your great hammer comes smashing down to make pancakes, which means you can trade blows even with very large enemies. Actually fucking try it instead of complaining about shit you clearly haven't even used.
