those are some manly hands

>PC build
>2022

nope

wtf how did she get a 080E

Can't find 10 good games that won't run on my 750ti and that's my upgrade rule.

>3DPD

I regret getting a 5600x. 6 cores is not enough in 2022

but it is

>GIGABYTE
LUL

look at the absolute claws on em, fucking monster hands

I just played ghost wire and my cpu was at 60% 4c4t i5

are you retarded?

Well it is a dude.

Attached: 19935289759.png (2500x1900, 631.33K)

Still runs everything I could want flawlessly at 1200p so I'm not upgrading anything before a little while longer
I might grab a 5700X down the line if it's less harsh on VRMs than the 5800X can be
Gigabyte cards are fine on Ampere/RDNA2, even the entry level Eagle cards are pretty acceptable and there's no bullshit like milled heatsinks or absolute garbage fans
Even on Turing/RDNA1 the only actual garbage card I can think of is their Windforce 2060 with the shroud choking the rest of the cooler

>condoms
The nerd is a chad.

I use my computer for real tasks not gaming

fuck PC

This is v fuck off then

asking here before i pull the trigger
might get this soon, cpu cooler will likely be something else
thoughts?

8 GB vram yah the console's have 10...

fuck I thought I was on /g/ tbqhwyf

Not sure if I should spring for a 5900x or wait for 6000 series.
Starting to think that it might be a cheaper way to get another 3-4 years out of my PC while I wait for DDR5 and other tech to mature

>Manly hands, 4/10, would not bang

10 is a lot. I built a new pc just for elden ring and blue protocol

Get the mesh version of the Lancool 205
Check if there are 3600CL16 or 3200CL14 kits available for not too much more, just in case
And definitely get a better CPU cooler, the H212 isn't terrible but the 12700K can run toasty, and the H212 and similar coolers are just kinda outdated now, in a similar price range you can usually get twin 120mm tower coolers, like the F34 Esports Duo or the Gelid Phantom, that vastly outperform them and match up to ~$60 coolers like a DR4 or NH-U12s
Otherwise board, SSD and PSU are good

finished it a while ago, i love it more than some of my own family members

Why? what's the hurry?
Most games take 2y after release to be somewhat functional.
I'm in no hurry my backlog has a backlog.

fine except for cpu choice. Games take advantage of fewer cores and higher clock rates. Get a ryzen 5600x and accompanying mobo.

Also, I would get a 2tb 7500rpm hdd for game storage. You'll fill up your SSD quicker than you think, and suffer speed losses after it gets around %70 full

>Xeon E3 1240v2
>GTX 1060 3GB
>4x4GB DDR3 RAM

Feels good man.

Spending money on storage is stupid...
Are you on slow internet?

I have 300+ hours on each souls game, so I wanted to play ER day 1. I also decided to pull the trigger on all my parts right before the graphics card price spike, so I got my 1660 super for 280 CAD

>I will only have 6 games downloaded at once and uninstall something every time I want to try something new

If he can am afford that setup he can afford a 2tb sata ssd easily, I wouldn't use hdds for anything besides nas now

I hate women so much

What lowend gpu are you pairing it with?

I don't play more than 3 AAA games at any time so I can install 20+ games and still have free space.

you will never be a woman

>PC building
>after 2019

On this open platform I make sure to exclusively buy my games on Steam

>3060ti
>64GB DDR4 :(
>R7 3700x

Built it over a year ago, still running strong. Hooked up a 1440p as my main monitor and two 1080ps as secondaries. Only thing I'm disappointed with is the R7, it's not very good for PS2 emulation so if I need to update anything it will be the CPU first.

>graphics card
>Playstation exclusive character

I fucking hate women.

>constantly playing dark souls makes man retarded

many such cases

the 5800x/5900x/5950x are such small upgrades(8%) that i dont think upgrading would be that useful. considering ryzen 5000 series is going to be the last cpus to use the current socket you'd have to get a new mobo with the next series of ryzen cpus

i think your ps2 emulator is just shit

Attached: lJtfK7z.png (1371x698, 156.73K)

General benchmark results are not going to reflect the uplift in emulator performance.

1600 AF
1660 super
Built 2 years ago. At 1080p, it runs everything really well. Quite cheap too.

i admittedly dont know much about emulating 3d consoles, would more threads/cores help?

>cooler
i was thinking about getting this one actually, but it wasn't listed on pcpartpicker
idcooling.com/Product/detail/id/232/name/SE-225-XT BLACK

is it any better?

Underrated post

that box looks shopped

>What is Persona 5 Strikers?

Ill make him(her) my woman then

Why do girls think it's cute to look retarded

>that puke-inducing purple dye

at this point air coolers are so good and similar enough to each other in design and performance that you can basically just pick whichever one you like that'll fit and looks nice. the one you linked should be just fine and will look nice in a blacked out build, and you generally wont hit super high cpu temps when gaming

>cosplaying a character that she's only seen in the spinoff mousou shit

That's not better.

Waiting for gpu prices to drop. I would like to have

17-12700
32-64 GB ram
3060 or 3060 Ti

>Waiting for gpu prices to drop.
Will never happen

get the 3060 ti, the 3060 is trash

>Waiting for gpu prices to drop
lol
lmao

Attached: a-artificial-human-skeleton-sitting-ron-koeberer.jpg (600x900, 66.27K)

>gigabyte
Lmao

What's the problem? My last two cards over the span of 12 years have been Gigabytes, and I've had zero issues.

The ps2 has multiple prcoessors that have to be emulated on separate threads so core to core latency is a major factor for how well a cpu can emulate it. AMD cpus have been catching up on that specifically because their chiplet based cpus put more distance between cores that adds latency. Ryzen 5000 are the first AMD cpus to have core to core latency that matches what Intel cpus have had for a while. Chiplet design let AMD crank out high core counts at cost to latency while Intel was trying to design single chips with high core counts which push the performance of the fabrication process.

Yeah, I mean, its only a 1 year old build I'm just thinking about in 5/6 years. Hopefully MOBOs them will still support DDR4, I have no plans on going to DDR5 for at least 10 years

Is that Lobos Jr?

That seems fine specs wise yeah, look up some benchmarks ig
make sure it's sold LGA1700 compatible out of the box though

Pretty baller.

Attached: Untitled.png (1139x470, 74.74K)

Cross gen ram boards will probably only be made for the first new AMD generation, but ddr4 sticks will continue being sold for all the boards that will continue to exist

>ETYBADID
What did she mean by that

interesting, so the better ryzen 5000 architecture will mean better performance?

imagine her bouncing on a thick black cock

not bad so far. next upgrade is pcie5 ssd's and a better 2nd monitor. Then maybe next gen vr headset and 4090 if it's a good enough upgrade from 3090.

Attached: bfnu.jpg (2281x881, 567.55K)

Lmao look at that box, she got scammed
