why did they not make a proper sequel or expansion to pic related? it had excellent hype around launch, good reviews, great word of mouth. The devs were also really proud of this and the hype leading up to release. They could make a 3D platformer using this, or an updated version of this, engine and make good money probably.

Everyone always compares it to Mario, but I feel that it's more like Conker's Bad Fur Day in that it has fairly mediocre "does the job" platforming mechanics and gets by on the cast and the variety of fun set pieces.
