What made you quit Genshin?

I never started to begin with

The godawful grind which is worse than the majority of other gachas.

It's another glorified busywork simulator.

Haven’t quit but busy right now and I play other games I’ll get back to it more consistently after beating ER

Too much manual daily tedium. I like the game but most gacha dailies can be done at work or while playing real vidya.

The grind with shit rewards

i will only have 1 gacha on my phone

The unrelenting netorase undertones of the threads on Yea Forums put me off

I actually wanna get into Genshin.
People are complaining about a grind but how F2P friendly is it really? Can you get pretty far without spending a cent at least?

If you only care about the story and overworld content, you don't actually have to engage with the gacha at all (though certain characters do make it much more fun). Treat it as some f2p game you can return to every time they drop a new region and you can't really go wrong.

It's extremely f2p and you don't have to spend shit.

You can "finish" the game without spending a dime, but all the fun characters are locked behind the gacha so you will either have to save the free currency for months or spend money to get them.

My distaste for the grinding overtook my desire to try new characters or explore the new area. I quit for that reason before Inazuma, came back to try that out, and now quit again faster than before. I guess that's a sign.

The censorship of Rosaria combined with the soul-crushing grind for artefacts.

It is incredibly stingy with currency, if you don't spend money you'd be able to spark a banner maybe twice a year at most.

gacha, had to gamble to get new characters.
characters was the only real meaningful content.
also that resin bullshit

Post nut clarity

>muh grind complaining ITT
serious autism to complain about something completely self-imposed and not required to do anything

>It is incredibly stingy with currency, if you don't spend money you'd be able to spark a banner maybe twice a year at most.
>lying on the internet

Pantyshots never ever

this

Inazuma. Garbage gimmicks and level design, like the Monstadt/Liyue devs didn't even work on it.

spats are better

Of the three currently available Traveler elements, which one's the best?

Depends really, are your favorite characters the free ones? You'll be fine but everything else comes from the gacha and it's pretty slow if you're purely F2P. Also be very aware of who you're rolling for too, certain characters that are later on in the story require materials that you won't acquire until you actually hit that point in the story which can be a long time away. If that's the case then you better start planning for them as soon as you start otherwise you're in for a miserable time.

It became a chore, with dailies and time limited events. Played it since D1 till Yae banner, I wasn't having fun anymore, it became literally a work. Felt unironically less depressed and happier after I left.

None, all elements are shit, pray hope the next ones will be decent
>buth muh electro
It's shit too

Yeah, but at least one must be better than the other two, right? They can't be equally bad. Mihoyo doesn't know how to balance jack squat.

Geo.

i never played the game i just beat off to that ganyussy

Very little co op content, quests are boring, domain grind is boring, events can be fun sometimes but the rewards are often garbage.

didnt get jean after two weeks so it was not worth playing anymore

I'm really hoping Traveler gets some sort of upgrade in the future, though I won't hold my breath.

The timed events. Being unable to get a character I want because I haven't been playing every day for 2 years is a retarded idea.

>boohoo I kill every enemy in 2 hits but I still need to grind for stronger gear because..... I just have to okay!

Leveling up new characters is a chore. This is the only gacha game I've played where I dont want to summon.
>Finish farming those extremely annoying specters for gorou
>Kuki interests me
>She also needs specters
Nah I am good.

>JUST DON'T PLAY THE GAME OK?!

yea I stopped playing because Elden Ring is 100% better without dogshit rng on rng layers.

>Come back after a long break and spend some of the gems I had stockpiled
>Get a new character
>Can't actually use them for anything or entertain the idea of using them for the stuff I haven't done yet because their materials are locked behind a shitload of story content before I can even grind for it
It's only going to get worse.

Domain grind is literally the only thing to do after finishing all quests.

>JUST DON'T PLAY THE GAME OK?!
If you've explored all the game has currently then yes? The game is meant to be put down between content cause it respects your time. I'm sorry you're a couple of MMOtards who NEED to play a game 20 hours a day, everyday, forever

>game literally has mechanics for you to play every single day
>The game is meant to be put down between content cause it respects your time

fuck off you tranny nigger.

time to suicide

OP asks why people quit the game, people reasonably respond because its regresses into a pointless grind and here you are being a spastic about it.

real gamers play every day and like it

Lack of content. It might be fine in a few years, but doing the main story quest and then having to engage in the worst progression of any gacha I've played made me quit until they have something more substantial.

>Genshin "content"
>Go here and take a picture
>You can take another picture in 3 days
>What? There is nothing else to do until then? Sorry sweetie I respect your time. You should be grateful :)

>game literally has mechanics for you to play every single day
Yeah for about 10 minutes at most, none of it required for any future content
>reasonably respond
I'm only pointing out the shitty reasons of "This isn't a game I can play 24/7 therefore it's bad"
Seems like I triggered the MMO refugees

you can just wait til the end of the event and do it all at once

This, the moment I knew it was a chink data farming gacha “game” I didn’t bother with it.

The writing is so hilariously bad. I don't know why anyone past the age of 18 would play this.

Pulled Miko. Realize She wears fucking diapers. Not even a hint of sexy. Booba getting smaller on everyone every patch.

I just had enough. I like the fanart, but its so fucking far from the actual game and its characters that it might even be considered schizophrenia.
Sick of it, i will come back when they start putting it back, but seeing how much amerimutts like IT on Twitter, it wont happen. Launch player, and goodbye.

No content, no endgame, grind involving layers upon layers of rng. Its the shittiest kind of mobile game pretending to be a real game
Yeah this sums up genshins sorry excuse for content perfectly

It's a fucking live service game with daily login incentives to try and hook and domesticate people to "prepare" to future characters. Why the fuck are you so upset that someone would reasonably drop the game when they hit that stage? What the fuck are you defending here?

>Why did you quit the game?
>Because I was done with everything meaningful and it regresses in the a grind.
>AIEEE I'M GOING INSANE

the content this patch is the new areas, that event is literally just free currency with some cute backstory

New content finally came out and I still just only planned on doing my dailies, dropped that shit like cold turkey when I realized.

>none of it required for any future content
What content?

So we're down three regions. When do you guys suppose will be the earliest we get some hints as to what Paimon's deal is? At any point before Snezhnaya? Or is that too much to hope for?

I didn't quit. I'm just not retarded and don't log in every day to do busywork.

Too much

she will betray us

Attached: 1649136221903.png (1312x1277, 1.86M)

>thinks we will see not-russia anytime soon
They will pad that shit out so hard we will go to 5 secret regions never known by anyone before we ever set a foot on fem putin's land

limited porn

Why do you care? Is a live service game where the main story progresses every 3-5 months. Game will be replaced and shutdown before it gets a complete story.

Lack of Yaoyao

Attached: Reusable Yao.png (845x845, 1.1M)

Too much fag pandering

source?

I wish the combat was more engaging than simply switching characters for buffs, do a burst and kill everyone. No matter what new team composition you do, the rotation is always the same.
