What's your earliest memory of playing video games?

Kindergarten 1988, a kid brought in a NES with Super Mario Bros and I remember watching him throw his arms up in the air every time he tried to jump and I just wanted to grab the controller from him because even though I had never played a video game I just knew I could do better than him.

Some 3d motorcross game where you could casually drive up the hills and then sometimes would randomly fly off. This was around 1999

SEGA Rally Championship on PC when I was like 4-5 years old. I could never beat anything other than the first race.

Mario 3 on NES. We didn’t have an NES but one of my sisters friends did. I didn’t get to play (3 years old) but I got to watch. We got Super Nintendo the next year when it came out and I played Mario world and f zero. I was just over 4.

I wanna say Moon Patrol on an Atari 7800, or maybe Dr Mario on my aunt's NES.

I remember this Pac man game on DOS that doesn't have ghosts but creepy ass spiders and if you die a tomb stone will grow out of you and in another level its all water and sharks instead of ghosts.
