Heero is fucking autism personified because again, child soldier terrorist weapon. So he immediately regards her as a threat to be eliminated - which he tries to do several times early on but circumstances prevent and then the situation changes drastically anyway

I got mixed feelings about that, but I think I can deal with it. My bigger fear is that the cast and pilots are all going to end up dominated by females. I'm honestly kind of hoping they introduce a male lead early on since the last few entries all kind of had multiple protagonists.
