To be real, you can recreate everything from the trailer with mods who turn back on the settings that where turned off to make the trailer.
And the game will look just like in the trailer, but the general consensus is that it's shit to play that way, the lighting&shaders are annoying to look at that way, it creates some good vidoes&pictures but for gameplay not so much.
But turning on the water graphics to how they were in the trailer is pretty nice, that part got cut because of the ps4&xbone not being able to run it.

If they really want to market this shit, they should make one of these glossy BTS videos but just be honest and say "Yes, the Witcher 3's combat and exploration gameplay was horrendous.
