There's a reason why people are calling it katana ring. None of the souls games ever got that.

Even moreso when they give you an Uchigatana as a starting weapon.
I started with the Samurai because i throught the bow would be useful then i notived that i took off huge chunks of HP from bosses. Then i found the second Uchigatana early on and literally just kept leveing up dex and powerstanced through the whole game.
I tried a str built later on and it just didn't seem worth it, you take 10 seconds to swing your weapon to deal 5% more damage compared to a quick slash.

Just remove the innate bleed from the weeb weapons. There its fixed
