Not really. They're filmed from 2 different cameras with a wide lense and probably some post processing afterwards too. Normal POV porn is only filmed with one camera, so it's like you'd be watching it in 2D mode. Normal videos also don't have anywhere enough FOV to give you a good experience in VR either. Just save yourself the hassle, get a flat video player for VR and watch it like that with the headset on. At least it'll look like you're watching your porn in a home theater.

Yeah there are several video players with 180º, 200º, 360º options, including a fisheye option, and you can even zoom in. It's not as kino as actual VR but fuck the cooms I have on MMDs are insane.

Pavlov is great but definitely better as PCVR. They've updated the quest 2 standalone version and it looks and plays a lot better but it's still very limited. Worst thing about it is that, no matter the time of day, no matter the game mode, >50% of the players are about 10 years old.
PCVR has a much more 'mature' fanbase and much bigger server numbers too. Wish I could set up wireless pcvr but can't so I'm stuck with a cable which just gets fucking annoying so quickly.

You mean Oculus Quest 2? I had the original Quest a while ago, but sold it because it was just too heavy and uncomfortable giving me headaches 20 minutes after use. Is the Quest 2 that much of an improvement?

It's a bit lighter but for any real improvement you're going to have to buy a new strap and a new face plate for it, probably adding like £50-£100 or dollarydoos or whatever.
Mine is considerably comfier than as I bought it but at the end of the day it's still a weighted piece of hot kit strapped to your face so it's never going to feel amazing. I can play for a few hours without a break.

Nice, well I might get the quest 2 then, with a third party strap. The comfiest headsets I've used were the PSVR, probably because of the strap, and oculus go due to its lightweight design.

I was able to buy a varjo aero, omnidirectional vr treadmill, build a new 3080 rig (separate from my flat gaming desktop), and dedicate an entire room in my house to the VR setup, so my experience is orders of magnitude more polished and refined than the average PSVR/Quest user.. BUT... eventually this caliber of vr experience will be accessible for the average end user

once the headsets are cheap enough to mass produce that all you poor consolefags can get it on it I have no doubt it will overtake 'flat' games in popularity (eventually)
