XIV > V > VII > XII > X > XI > IX > VI > III > VIII > XV > I > IV > XIII > II
V used to be at the top of my list for a very, very, very long time. It was a long time coming, but XIV has fought its way to the number one slot after Shadowbringers and Endwalker.
IV is the most popular one that I simply don't care for at all. Nothing about IV excites me.

8 is definitely my favorite, with 10 tied up slightly behind. If 10 had proper world map with nonlinear areas, it would be a much harder choice. I also think save points fully replenishing the group + status effects limited to combat only slightly devalues the pilgrimage and gameplay.
