Shipping will fuck you in the ass if you're outside of America, partially because of the reality of it, and Maestro Media have always been bad with shipping. Shipping is about $11 for me.
Less of a lootbox and more just a limited-time shirt with bonuses. None of the content is secret before you buy, even the "secret bonuses" are being revealed in the morning. So the only real shitty thing about this is if you think the cost is worth it or not (or if you obsesses over having a "complete card collection"). I'm mainly interested because these are some of the cooler official tee designs Isaac has gotten, don't really care as much what the other trinkets could be.

Isaac is a massive unfolding box of a game. The more you "beat" it, the more you can progress. Take a look at the achievement list, there's an overwhelming amount of goals in the game that unlock new items, new characters, and new points of game progression. The game goes substantially deeper, and with it more challenge. And if that somehow isn't enough, the DLC (especially Repentance) adds substantially more to the rabbit hole. Isaac isn't a game you just "beat" once, you're missing like, 95% of the experience if you stopped at Mom.

The 1st box's bonus item is allegedly getting revealed in his stream in the morning so even those aren't secret. These boxes are literally "buy a shirt with extra junk if you like the theme this month," nothing RNG about them short of subscribing for the whole year.

Unlikely but just make sure you're playing Rebirth too, not the original. The remake (Rebirth) superseded the original many years ago and should be the only one you're playing. A few people have gotten confused by this before.
