I'm a terminal Ky main and he just feels bad compared to the top tier characters. Like I'm sure if I was better at the game I could get to Celestial with him but it's so obvious that there are characters that are better at everything he does. Also the ranked system is fucking awful and I hate that Ark found the most successful GG with the worst ranked system they've made lately

Comfortably enjoying Testament. The Ram matchup is kinda chapping my ass but I'll figure it out. Patiently waiting for any sort of A.B.A or Bridget news next season, even a reveal of a new design for them in story mode would be welcome. It seems like Arc Sys just forgot them. Even some of the old characters like Robo Ky, Justice, and Zappa got some spotlight in the Xrd story. Bridget and A.B.A got nothing, but my hopium is restored after seeing Testament back who was in the same boat as them.

Got to celestial, fought a few pro players and learned that I would have to practice a shit ton more to even go 3-1 against them, especially as Faust. Apparently Testament destroys him too so just another reason to not go back. Waiting on DnF Duel, loved DFO since I was in middle school.

Because everyone plays the same. Obviously may is going to be aggressive and Ramlethal (god I want to fuck her) is going to leverage range but there's no variation in the way people play around those characters. Everyone literally cycles the exact same attacks in the exact same order, I've never played Guilty Gear and been surprised by the way someone uses KY because they all jump backwards and spam ranged then jump spin when you get too close.
