I don't program and don't wanna learn so idea guy

I'm a programmer so 100k is actually a pay cut.

I want to be the professional ideas guy

QA

For me, it's Executive Professional Ideas Guy

Product Owner so I can sit on my ass all day and then scream at my team if they miss a deadline.

This, like a Kojima guy

Art director

Secretary

Guy who sits in the front row at every conference and screams and cheers at everything.

Shoot me an idea. Get it!

Whatever the highest position is to make product decisions which no one can veto on me.

I’d quit and get my old job back to make more.

If you’re making 100k busting your ass making awful games for retarded boomers you’d be making much more doing much less without much trouble.

You want to breed offices?
That's the construction industry, not the video game industry.

idea gal

Groundskeeper. Be outside, work with your hands, probably not too hard a job taking care of a corporate park.

Get this: Super Smash Bros., but gacha!
You can direct deposit the check while I go on my 3 month vacation now.

How about we make a modern runescape clicker game and charge people 10 dollars a month to grind stats that feed into their autism? Mobile x pc crossplay!

Rape and Abuse coordinator at Blizzard. Im very good with scheduling and spreadsheets

the one that required the least work
If I get to pick any job I want for 100k I pick the one with the smallest working week. I'm not hourly

>Rape and Abuse coordinator at Blizzard
You would have to do something about the Equal Opportunity guy if you were to take this position

I don't know

Idle molten core instance group

sounds gay

You mean the guy who’s putting half his shit through a shredder every day? I think he’ll be just fine.

Ideas guy/

I'm sorry, the answer we were looking for is "YWNBAW"

Animator.
I literally went to art school for an animation degree.

Couldn't make it in the industry though

Like ogre battle snes 4x4

Programmers make so much fucking money. I got memed into the tech is lots of money meme but it only applies to engineering.

I'm in Cyber Security doing RMF assessments for DoD stuff and only making 75k a year with 5 years experience. Bleh

Character Flavor Director

Same bro but for concept art/illustration. I gave up my entire 20s to getting gud at art and never made the cut besides some shitty odd jobs.

I'm now in my 30s, socially stunted and a virgin with a meh career with an art degree. I guess it's over for this life. The loneliness has eaten at me too long

How do you get so bad in majoring in animation that not even video games hire you? What do you even do with your degree?

Every time I hear some a/v/tist talk about their ideas for a video game I immediately always think about the Homer car

It’s all nepotism, those jobs usually suck anyway for most people.

draw commissions for degenerate furries for stacks of cash

I already have a >100k salary in the video game industry though
software engineer on a backend data system

How do you even market that shit anyway? I also don't think I want to throw away what small dignity I have left, I couldn't look at myself in the mirror if my only way out of this mire was drawing cat buttholes all day

HR. I got job in HR last year and its so easy. The pay is just really shit.

I want to be the head of the Ethics Department and then proceed to do nothing.

It's less about if you can do it, its more about how well connected you are with people in the industry.
For a loner autist like myself, I was destined to fail, unless I were to grind my skills to perfection. Which is kinda hard to do when you dont have a job to begin with.

Professional breast milk extractor guy

CEO guy

FUCK NO! Gaming is dead in the West and is now just a fallback position for failed film directors who like to hide behind woke politics to hide their incompetence. And any position below that will just be givin to Pajeets who dont complain and will accept shit pay. Keep your hobbies and career separate folks. You'll be a LOT happier in the long run

assuming the 100k is for any job, I would go for what this guy stated
>get to keep current fucked up sleep schedule
>commute is probably far better both in and out
>barely need to talk to anybody so minimal chance of severe spaghetti spilling
>easy as fuck task since only the greatest giga autists would even attempt to steal shit from a vidya company through physical means
>company probably wouldn't really give a shit about me using their internet for late night shitposting so long as I do my job of looking at cameras occasionally

Damn, that sucks man. The dreams not completely dead for me though. I'm gonna try for it again once my military contract ends.

Furries are actually surprisingly picky about who they give fat stacks to. I've tried to hop on that train and I just couldn't make the cut.

Most of Cybersec is the easiest shit though, you point out x y z vulnerabilities, the business asks you to evaluate by likelihood, you do and mention that their backup "solution" isn't tested, they ignore all your good advice and then get crypto'd and the backup fails

I feel like furry fetish art is a saturated field now. They rake in so much cash that every worthwhile artist secretly does furry shit for the easy stacks, making competition for the less known and talented to flounder.

Ill be green gobler

I want to do backend but you need high level maths to do it so I'm just gonna grind front end skills for now

>If someone offered you 100k salary to work in the video game industry which job do you take?
Art director.

Don't code monkeys do shit just as easy though?

not sure where you heard that. i do have good math skills but i can count the number of times i've had to really "use math skills" on one hand

Let's be honest, the only places paying $100,000+ for a video game industry job are Commiefornia or a big liberal city area. Is that really where you want to work?

Alis

Yeah but my brother is a programmer and he says its easy and he gets paid loads of money. But hes an autist whos obsessed with fighting games and has poor social skills. I more of a pseudo normie with good social skills but hate programming and nerd shit. I worked in HR before getting degree in cyber security

doesnt matter what my ideas are im getting 100k every year to do no work forever. or just steal the ideas of all the flavor of the month games and pitch it to your boomer bosses who dont use the internet.

even though i can program, do a little music, do a little drawing here and there
i would really just rather coast on being an ideas guy

For back end don't you need good ds&a skills which is basically all math

Office Dog

Gender quota

bros, I have a last round interview for an $80k comfy entry level job tomorrow I'm nervous because I'm a retard with no social skills. How do I achieve zen and inner peace?

too many indians undercutting your prices?

>be me, go to art school to study 3d modeling/animation
>Graduate at 20
>Best I can get is an (unpaid) intership at a mobile game studio
>After 3 months of working with them 12 hours a week, finally get a position
>Junior 3d modeller, 30k canadian a year, shit hours, crunch, toxic office culture, boring work like background props of level 4 zone 17
>Don't worry user, if you show loyalty to the company for 2 years we'll bump you to regular modeller for 40k, then 60k after another 5 years.
>After 6 month say fuck it, quit, then start making animated porn for patreon bucks
>Now making 75k after 2 years of animating titties

Professional "art" business are souless machines created to grind the dreams of gullible artistic children into dollar bills.
I'd rather work in

Forget about your anxiety and tell what you know.
I'm a fucking autismo as well but as long as I don't get nervous and let myself go everything works fine.

>All these college grads
I'm far too lazy.

Dude, if you're last round they don't care about your social skills anymore. They're testing you actually know your shit and can do the job now.

Headshots count though lol

Next

sometimes people will accidentally ask you to do hard shit

and the pay is slightly above working at maccas.

Can we get fired?

PR bitch, paid to shitpost

This one but for my cum instead

it's all ogre

I already work in the game industry as a programmer and don't even make 100k. I guess I'd still be a programmer but get more money, that'd be nice.

How do I get easy programming job if I have great social skills and extroverted but terrible programming skills?

both have already been done before picrel
come up with a more creative answer

Yeah but lack of social skills causes me to blank out if I'm caught off guard by a question and I may have a retard moment for something I actually know the answer to.

Janitor
Fuck working in game development. I just want a cruisey job where I don't have to think much.

qa tester

Neet as well. I'm just learning to code, don't know if I'll make it or not lol

your shittty life made me laugh, i'm sorry

Do you guys not realise how easy HR is? Why do none of you want to work in HR? I work in HR and its the easiest job I ever had in my life. Its just boring and pays bad. If it paid 100k it would be best job ever. I sit around doing nothing most of the time. The job requires not thought or skills at all. Its not like programming or accounting or engineering where you need factual actual skills. Literally all we do is fill out forms and send emails and talk to people. Theres no technical component to the job at all. The most technical thing we'd yse would be excel to keep track of employees sick days and time off.

>>guaranteed to get laid off after a project
The only people that get laid off after a project is done is the dime a dozen bottom rung people who were hired as temps but didn't realize they're only being hired as temps because they're idiots. If they did a good job they might get to stay but otherwise they get cut loose because there's not going to be much for them to do for about a year or two.

Horse testicle animator

>talk to people
there's the problem, i hate doing that LMFAO

Its easy as you are in the position of power. Its not like you are worried about what anyone will say as its you asking the questions.

Just be honest, if know you don't know just say that. But if you're pretty sure you do know, just your brain is overcoming anxiety or whatever, say "I think I know this thing but let me think on it for a second."
