I get this way with some games, but I'm more cheap than I am autistic I guess. Most DLCs aren't even worth it. I did pay full price just to get 100% for Dead Space 2 though. That DLC was arguably not even close to being worth the asking price.

I get randoms looking at my profile somewhat frequently for whatever reason. My PSNprofiles page has over 1,000 views, and I occasionally get messaged by people asking for help on whatever game I recently finished.
I remember getting messaged by five different people asking for advice the day after I platinumed Yakuza Kiwami. Felt like I finally made it into the big leagues.
I also had a lot of obvious scam messages trying to phish for my account information for a good year or two. It stopped once I started reporting them in mass.

They did the same thing back in the PSP era and it never went anywhere because of the piracy on the system. So I'll believe it when I see it

At least WB manually fixed the online required trophy after shutting the online down for Shadow of Mordor, don't know why they couldn't have done the same for Mad Max though.

if your achievements don't encourage you to play the game in fresh and interesting ways, then they don't need to exist. checklists and story tracking are not achievements.

The resident evil games are pretty good at that. Knife only runs, speedruns, never using the item box, etc.

Understandable, they can get tedious. Only reason why I did it is because I had 2 friends who wanted to experience the entirety of the game together.

Used to be all for them but when I switched to PC they lost their value as a collectable. However it's nice to check the list after beating a game to see fun shit I missed and go back for them.

It's why i cant get into pc gaming as much despite having built a 2000 dollar computer two years ago. All my shit is already on my psn account, it'd be a pain to start over.
I just use my pc for modding games I've already completed on playstation and emulating shit in HD.

This was my pain point when I originally switched. I was so invested in PlayStation up until I jumped ship around the PS4 launch. Especially with multiplats my libraries were stuck on PS3 and PSP/Vita.

Between sales and pirating shit I eventually got over it. Apart from handhelds it's nice to have everything available/playable on one platform which I use 99% of the time.

The raid is pretty tough. Impossible unless you have a good team with mics

3 has 10. I've just finished two of them. Definitely a slog but not difficult or anything.

The PS+ thing is a multiplayer mode called GOT Legends. There are a handful of different multi modes but I highlighted the main modes in my last comment. It’s nothing like the Iki island solo DLC. It’s more uhh magical. You play as 1 of 4 classes (you can change whenever you want) and upgrade perks and shit.

If you're gonna go through the whole series the remasters gutted all the multiplayer shit, meaning you dont have to worry about the dead online for completion.
Only game I had to do multiplayer for was Black Flag since it lacked a remaster. Finding enough people to join just so I could play one match of each game mode was an ordeal in itself.

I took on the challenge of 100%ing Kiwami a few years ago. It kicked it my ass but ended up being one of the most rewarding platinum I had ever gotten. After that I 100%d Zero, then Kiwami 2. I'm too far in to back out now, and I think I already got through the hardest parts with yakuza 3.

I heard about that being a bitch. That ones in Judgment, right? Im not very good at puyo puyo, but I find it more enjoyable compared to Pool.

I am planning on going through the whole series, but I'm not sure about the remasters. I don't like buying remasters in the first place, and the AC remasters are of questionable quality. I might just deal with having incomplete achievement/trophy lists.

I've usually found the AC games quite relaxing to 100%, at least the early games. I try not to rush it or anything. Just play a few hours a day maybe more if I feel like it. That usually helps me not get burned out, but I'm a big early AC fan so I don't get burned out easily.

I finally Platinumed MGS4 after doing the BBE run two years ago.
Honestly, a chore and an absolute waste of electricity. Doing the BBE run can be enjoyable enough, but needing to beat the game seven more times for no other reason other than Kojima deliberately wasting your time made me regret it multiple times
