don't delude yourself, user. the tomislav is a straight-up upgrade to the minigun due to its downsides being somewhat negligible
It definitely good, but I didn't notice any difference from stock except I can shoot longer without ammo packs
the quicker spin-up time is the real deal in this case, especially due to how heavy struggles with speed

In all my years of playing I don't think i've ever been pubstomped by a godly Heavy player. Soldiers, Demos, Snipers, Scouts, a few Spies, even one or two Pyros, but never a Heavy. He's just so limited.

I think heavy is great in struggling teams, same with medic and to a lesser extent demo and spy. If you need to get a bit of a push started and have people in fights longer then heavy is great, but when you have good soldiers and scouts patrolling the map and denying the enemy team then his usefulness is questionable.

To add to this, back in the day you almost always saw the medic pocketing the heavy. If a heavy didn't have a medic it was because his pocket had died 9 nine times out of 10

Revving down, switching to sandvich, throwing it and picking it up, switching back to minigun, and revving up is enough time to just pick the medic. Maybe you're just bad? Also, the fact that you have to assume that a Heavy has a medic humping his ass just shows how bad he is-- pubstomping sollies demos scouts and snipers don't need a medic to carry.
Its the payload with the killer train, and its the final spawn for red on the left side. You can place a teleport er on a corner in the spawn, and a spy can tele in and kill players in there (until people get smart and go pyro to kill him since he cant leave thru the spawn gate)

Stock is better at close range.

Stun of any form is kinda bullshit and I wish it was more interesting of a choice for heavy to use other than it being "fuck scouts and fuck demoknights: the Gun"
All of his primaries are too similar and don't really evoke any playstyle differences unless you consider cart humping with huo long or becoming a sentry gun with brass beast to be significant.
Tomislav does less damage than stock if your tracking isn't great, especially in close range, while panicking to hit the scout who is jumping over you like a chimp on crack, or basically any other class faster than soldier in point blank range.
