Installing face mod for Oblivion made it 100 times more immersive now that the potato faces are gone. Too bad there's only like 3 voice actors so everyone still feels the same. I've been trying to find a mod with more voice actors, I don't give a shit if they're amateur voice actors as long as there is some kind of diversity in the voices because now it feels like a fever dream where everyone has the same goddamn voice.

TES games are the RPGs that do thief class the best. Every other game with thief class turns it into rng diceroll thing, which is fine for DnD games, but in TES you actually have to play like a sneaky character if you want to get the loot. Getting into those Vivec treasuries in Morrowind took some heist movie level tier planning and training, and in Oblivion you could actually wait for the sundown and break into their homes when people were sleeping.
