Who was in wrong here, Edelgard or Dimitri?
Who was in wrong here, Edelgard or Dimitri?
I'm not even gonna look at the image.
Edelgard
Fire Emblem is only good for the porn now so I don't care.
>endless, blood-stained history
>who cares I'm the one starting the biggest war in 500 years and trying to destroy the organization who kept peace under the orders of the ones actively trying to destroy the continent!
>organization who kept peace
lmao, delusional rheatard
>Edelgard: Waaaaahh why did the church, who we kicked out of the empire, not teleport to Slither HQ and save me from Slithers, church bad for this reason, crests kill more people than my war!!!!!!
>Dimitri: You're assuming you can solve every problem by yourself when not everything is about you, stop pretending everyone's problems are your own.
I'm surprised that Yea Forums hates Edelgard so much
She's literally your typical poltard gamergater, who blames everyone except herself and her people for all problems
>You consider me strong? :)
MY NAME IS HUBERT AND I'M HERE TO SAY
I CAN'T DIE IN PARALOGUES ANYWAYS
Wouldn't that be the reason to hate her, considering she's uncomfortably close to the mentality while being on the other side of the aisle?
Also, it's amazing just how wrong she is. Like, even the Slithers have a better reason for existing and doing what they do, Edelgard is just following in their footsteps as their pawn without realizing what actually happened in history.
>Put a stop to endless bloodstained history
>she started a war in a time of peace
>Hans Moleman fucked up my family and did some Mengele shit on us that killed everyone but me
>surely this is the church's fault, I'm going to team up with the molemen to take them down!
Edelgard is what happens when you put all your points in STR.
>other side of the aisle
I mean she kisses girls, sure, but she wants to unite Fodlan under Adrestria while demonstrating a clear love of Adrestria as a country, and establish a merioticracy based on what she perceives as strength
She's an authoritarian, maybe not even a Nazbol in terms of Leftism
Hanneman is right.
So tired of Rheafags shit
The irony of the story is that all three house leaders have fairly similar ideals to each other, and if Edelgard wasn't retarded enough to start a war they would have easily been able to cooperate and make a better future. Edelgard is very obviously in the wrong here.
>they would have easily been able to cooperate
Dimitri literally doesn't trust Claude
Edelgard would never cooperate with anyone who she can't control
Claude hates fordlan culture and church
Dimitri would orbit Edelgard, and Claude would be in it as long as he could gain something from it. It'd be fine.
>Dimitri would orbit Edelgard
Doubt
That's exactly what he does pre-timeskip, though.
He literally gave Edelgard the D.
He didn't knew her plans and ideas
He saw her as dear childhood friend, and honestly was more busy with his own revenge schemes
Yeah and if you'll recall from literally six posts ago this is a hypothetical where she decides not to go through with her dumbass shit and instead work together with the other lords to achieve progress. Dimitri would be on board with it by default because Edelgard and Claude would be pretty easy to get on-side.
>literally every conflict was caused by the Slithers, the church only ends the conflicts
>somehow the Slithers fucking shit up is Rhea's fault
kek delusional Edeltard
Rhea literally forces kids to kill all opposition to her to taugh them a lesson
Edelgard was right
>Dimitri literally doesn't trust Claude
Doesn't Dimitri gett called out for not second guessing Claude? You're also talking about the same guy who went to help Claude while expecting nothing in return and despite not knowing if it was a trap. It's Edelgard that didn't trust Claude.
>Claude hates Fodlan culture and church
Out of ignorance. Claude knows nothing about Fodlan and so makes a lot of guesses as to why things are the way they are. A part of his development was him realizing that Fodlan wasn't worse than Almyra.
>characters go to a military academy
>don't expect to learn how to kill
How terrible.
Yeah, conflicts caused by Edelgard and her friends.
>wtf, why is this war school telling kids to kill people?
Killing bandits is one thing, but Rhea also uses you to remove any opposition, like in the tomb when she commands you to execute empress right away without even having authority for such commands or any real basis to do so.
Dimitri is a hypocrite here and Edelgard is correct in that her methods do indeed break the cycle.
Rhea didn't know that Edelgard was the emperor, no one did. And Edelgard just tried to kill everyone in the room, which would included foreign dignitaries.
Because letting humies just do what they want worked out so well for them the last time.
The cycle would have broken even if she did nothing. If anything her war held back the progression of Fodlan.
>lol, just let us desecrate your family's tomb and use their remains to make war golems
>why are you so mad?
Edelgard is never wrong, so...
Stop defending Rhea faggots, even Claude calls her out on her shit, actually the only scene in the game where he visible angry
