Some of the weapons in the mod I linked look close to what you'd see in the vanilla game. All that mod does is add all the most popular nexus weapons in one esp, but you're free to pick and choose what weapons you like and download them separately.

All the big mod authors have moved on, either to bigger modding projects or just just got sick of the game, its all waifu mods and model ports from some gun autist from here on.

No, but it gets rid of the obnoxious popup asking you to pick between free download and premium download speed.

Instead of clicking multiple times, then having to wait 5 seconds to click a final time, you start downloading right away.

Oblivion needs a remake more than any other game. It completely shits itself even with just a few dozen mods installed. I have a 2070 Super and a 3700 and I'm lucky to get 20 FPS in cities.
