I don't need any fucking bullshit in my console UIs. I just want to start a game as quick as possible. I don't want shit cluttered all over the screen distracting me from actual important shit, just MAKE ME PLAY OR BUY THE FUCKING GAMES. The Switch OS does that perfectly. No clutter, no bullshit. I don't want to see news in the main menu, I don't want to see friend activity or achievements or any of that shit. Fuck off. It's clean, it's readable and it's fast as shit.
Does anyone remember the Wii U OS? It was slower than old people fucking for God's sake. Just fixing up your internet settings takes two million hours because first you got to load up the main menu and then it's got to fucking load the settings menu first. What the fuck man? On the Switch I just turn it on, press the Settings button and then fix my shit. Takes 1 minute max.

The Xbox One OS is so fucking ugly and slow and shoves bullshit like Skype and IE right next to your games while shoving the actual store into a corner, barely visible.

The Switch UI is leagues above the other consoles. I don't understand MUH FOLDERS and MUH ESHOP MUSIC whining either, but most Nintendo fans are literally crying because they haven't been given enough advertisements lately so whatever.

Based. For how weak the fucking switch is the UI and going home/going back in the game happens instantaneously. I havent played ps4, but on the xbox one at least the UI is sluggish as fuck, and takes at least a second to go home and navigate the menus. The switch UI is fucking amazing. I love how it doesnt forcefeed you trash and let's you just play your games.
I like the 3ds interface a lot too. I wish the switch had an app that tracked how long I played stuff like the 3ds did. The vague "played for awhile" shit on the switch is so goofy.
