I pretty much only play it for the gunplay. The platforming is weak and easy af, but as a third person shooter with exploration elements it's actually pretty fun.

To be fair to the garbage character that is nu-lara, at least in the first game she wasn't looking for trouble and didn't know the island was inhabited. I think it's pretty funny that by game 3 even after her actions directly kill probably tens of thousands of civilians by that flood, she's completely fine with it mere minutes later. At least Nathan Drake never destroyed an entire third world country.
