When was the last time you played Minecraft?
When was the last time you played Minecraft?
About three days ago
Not that long ago. I could be playing it right now if someone plays with me.
Yesterday
Yesterday, i've been building a fortified village with a few friends.
There's no better feeling than playing minecraft in the wee hours of the mornings, it's just too comfy.
A month or so ago
Today.
I haven't played for years and now I'm trying to make a proper village to the villagers to live in.
Their ai still seems pretty dumb. Am I wasting my time here? Some of them them don't even go to beds even though I have plenty.
No. Rebuilding a village is one of the comfiest things one can do.
Is there a population limit?
Yesterday
Hadn't played in a year or three and wanted to make a jungle-tree-top base with a series of walkways going from tree to tree
niggas say the dirt hut is only temporary but
1 bed = 1 villager. They regulate their own population
they got the green top
couple days ago
had a neat idea for a bonfire under a waterfall but it didnt really look that good
Is there still a limit though, no matter how many beds?
>Don't sleep for a couple of days
>SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Fun
>playing memeversions
i laugh at you
Yesterday. Tried the Eternal pack, but it's too much of a clusterfuck so I switched back to my own pack.
a few months ago. I didn't realize that attacking one zombie pigman makes every zombie pigman hostile to you forever, so all my shit got stuck in the nether and I got bored
Yesterday while me and 2 bros are building a underground hold full traps to keep people away. no not those types of traps
I dunno. Build a massive tenement and tell us how it goes.
Yesterday. Currently playing once or twice a week with a buddy of mine, he built his house on the opposite side of the map from mine so I had to create a Nether rail system to get to his house quick.
Currently living on a cool looking island, at this point I have built my house (with an enchanting and potion room), two farms, a harbour, a barn and a bridge that connects the island to the mainland. This was the latest screenshot I made but I've done a lot of work on it since.
10 or so years ago. I think the last patch I remember is the one where they added a hunger meter and an xp system.
>controller
how fast is crafting with one? i cant imagine its as simple as KBM
today, playing rebirth of the night with some buds
It's pretty fast, I imagine KBM is faster but I much prefer walking with a controller
JOIN MY MINECRAFT SERVER 12 SLOT WITH AUTH
EUROPE
gon be fun
vidyaeu.aternos.me
scrape that can't install auth on it shit fucking sucks
About 7 years ago or something. It's really not as great as everyone says it is.
Late 2018, with a few anons here.
I hosted a server
was trying out rl craft couple days ago but god it gets annoying real quick
...
When they switched the PS4 version over to Bedrock. I didn't really take to the different interface and fell out of it. I'd hit a creative block anyway.
A couple days ago.
huh, I thought doors were the important part
nah not since 1.14 I believe, there are no longer any real village mechanics.
now it's bed, workstations and preferably a meeting point aka a bell.
I play sevtech with a few friends. Pretty cozy imo.
I think like 2012 or so. It's an interesting time sink but it felt hollow and empty after a while. Also wasn't a fan of the direction notch took it after that with the "RPGification" or whatever
I don't want any crazy systems or shit that I have to follow a wiki for. Are there any decent mods that just add a little more variety (in biomes, mobs and materials) to vanilla?
i was getting some sand and a creeper fucked me from behind. its been a week since the event
ever since i stopped running a server for my friends i stopped too. they all stopped due to irl.
About 6 weeks ago. It was really fun to go back and play with mods after not touching it for a couple years.
a few months
I wanted to start playing again but optifine isn't updated so no shaders and I can't stand minecraft without shaders.
Two days ago.
Lads, why can't I eat eggs in minecraft? Eggs are a delicious food and minecraft has eggs but I can't eat minecraft eggs. My immersion is ruined. I WANT TO EAT THE EGGS.
eggs are for cake
eat cake
i want to do big herm*tcraft style builds and stuff and forge a great community server but my friends get bored after a few days and arent very good with building in the first place so i lose all motivation
I accidentally left my infinite villager breeder running and now this happened
How do I HUMANELY euthanize these large-nosed nuisances?
>tfw in your mind the nether update(where notch added the nether) is still new
Why contain it? Let it spill over into the schools and churches. Let the bodies pile up in the streets.
I think user bred the villagers on purpose to create a population crisis
tinfoil hat much?
everyone knows birth rates in third world countries are sky high
recreate the coronavirus
anyone know of some comfy servers?
but I'm getting like 10 frames per second
how would one go about this?
dispensers full of splash poison in the ground with pressure plates/trip wires?
>europe
>fun
the only way to kill them without receiving negative karma is to suffocate them with sand or gravel iirc
Last night.
I had a small seaside base. Didn't even finish my house before I decided I wasn't going to let myself get burned out so I packed up my most important shit and started going north. Turns out I was right next to a village. I decided not to rob the blacksmith or steal their pumpkins. Went down a casm and found 3 veins of diamond right next to each other, so that was nice. Then I got chased by little zombies through a flower forest for a while until I swam to a small sand island to set up a smoker and catch some fish. It's nice.
>minecraft
>comfy servers
if your idea of comfort is some spastic claiming you're a griefer cause you accidentally broke a block, by all means you tasteless faggot
fuck off i just wanted a server where everyone does their own thing instead of pvp shit
The Yea Forums server a while back was pretty cool. I built I giant sign out of dirt that said "FUCK"
that still up?
I don't think so, it was only a week long.
never
yesterday
I’m working on a mansion for my town so I can finally have a good storage system
I saw people talk about the nether update like a week ago so I thought it updated and then I made a new world and played for hours until I realized the nether update isn't there yet.
Made a bee farm for the first time since I hadn't played it in that long.
Enchants taking Lapis instead of just lots of EXP is bullshit.
Lapis for enchants is pointless because there is so much fucking lapis. It's basically a junk item.
Are there any servers that still have the walls game mode?
12 years ago when it was in beta and i realized how fucking pointless it is to play it.
RL craft comes close to being fun, but having to take timeouts every once and a while because temperature shit is no fun at all.
thats true, but its tedious that everything kills you in 1 hit
purity vanilla
Rl craft is neat but yeah dying to 1 hit from skeletons really sucks. Kinda ruins enemy variety when even the base monsters are ridiculously strong. Minecraft combat in general is just bad on top of that which makes it even worse
I play on peaceful most of the time because minecraft combat is a lot lamer than building and exploring.
>exploring.
is it really exploration if 80% of the danger was deleted?
I don't see an intrinsic connection between exploration and danger. Nor for that matter would I call minecraft mobs dangerous, just annoying.
BROKE NIGGAS SAY IT'S JUST FOR 1 NIGHT
BUT THEY GOT THE GREEN TOP
grass could grow in a day
im more concerned as to how it jumped three blocks up though
>Auto aim skeletons that shoot fast as fuck
thanks mojang
had to make shields and projectile protection enchantments useful somehow
yeah but their aggro range is really short, so you can either shoot them with a bow from a safe distance or just get up in their face with a sword.
i mean everyones favorite vidya explorer pixel tits slaughters aggressive wildlife all the time cause wilderness is wild and you could get ganked by a sneaky snake at any time
I used to go on a server called just vanilla. they reset the map every major update so things stay fresh and they're a small and dedicated community that love building towns and doing massive projects.
