What makes characters "cooler" than others? Like, some character I feel like people just consider to be cooler than others, but I have trouble quantifying the feeling of "coolness". Is it something you just have to judge subjectively?

Little mac is a terribly designed character because he completely fucks you up when you fight him up close but if you camp him out he's a terrible character with zero options. He's a character that encourages you to stop having fun and camp.
