It's an unfortunate fact of reality that there will always be a way to view media without paying for it. Artists have always been poor for this reason and only since the creation of media which can be efficiently monetized has this began to shift in any meaningful way. But just the same as someone can walk to the bar to watch the game instead of paying 250$ for NFL All Access, any rube can pirate the game and there's so far been few if any proven ways to utterly squash this market. The poor, the entitled, and the indifferent will find a way. Make a good product, and people will likely buy it, maybe not in the numbers that the industry wants, but maybe those fucks should stop making games that cost so fucking much money to produce?
