Alright, Yea Forums. I need your help.
Way back when, around 2000 to maybe 2004, there was this demo disc for the playstation 2. Me and my brother used to play the shit out of it (because we were poor and demos were often our only experience with new games at the time), and he's died of cancer relatively recently. I've just discovered one of the demo discs we used to play, Jampack 2004, but the one I can't remember is older, I think. around 2003 or before.
The games I remember being on it was the Matrix trailer, a game where, I -think-, you played a mosquito and there was this girl on a bed, and the eye-toy was advertised on the disc, too. The menu scheme was, i BELIEVE either bright yellow or orange.
If you virgins can help me find the title of this disc...
Well, I can't really do anything for you, but I'd be very grateful. Hearing the music for '04 already brought back a shit-ton of memories, and I'm hoping hearing shit from when I was even younger will help.

Definitely not a blonde. I'm pretty sure that, in the demo, she either had dark red hair or brown, maybe black. I think red shorts, too.

2003 Is definitely one we had and one I remember well, but the other is an absolute mystery. I could be totally misremembering, but I THINK, maybe, Sphinx and the cursed mummy was on it too, but I'm not sure.

Jampack was an NTSC line of demos.
Don't know how much this helps, but I think I remember the general color of the disc was black.
I think there was an eye on it, too.

Just to be clear, this is a bundle and not separate discs from Playstation Magazine right? I had a few back then as a kid, each one came with just one game demo and sometimes trailers.

I believe there was a contest or something about character design, and you'd have a chance of a character you drew being modeled or something.
The name was something -.A.D in the title. I wanna say B.R.A.D but that wasn't it. It was a blue dragon-mech or something.
I'm positive it was a single disc. I remember we had a whole stack of game discs we were given, and they were mostly demos. It MAY not have been a Jampack disc, though. It could've been playstation magazine.
Oh I probably can't help much then. Did the menu of the disc look like this though?
Okay, I've done some digging, and the games I'm POSITIVE were on the disc are the Silent hill 3 demo, the Return to Castle Wolfenstein demo, and one of the Hunter: The Reckoning games.

Are demo-discs even still made anymore? I think the last one I saw was around this generation.

I think there was a sword on the cover-art. I want to say it was more like a dinosaur head, but I'm pretty sure it was a sword. Black background on the disc. Think there was a guy on the edge holding it, too.

Fuck this is tough user. Never realized how many demo discs there were. Almost all of them have a blank disc. Most silver with a large number printed on it.
Demo Disc 072 has everything you mentioned in though, but I'll keep looking
