What you want is a 4k 120hz OLED LG CX tv with Gsync compatibility. The 48 inch should only be like $1200.

The new Intel gpu is gonna be mx150/Vega 11 tier. It won't compete with "real" gpus at all, it will just be excellent for laptops and HTPCs that had HD620 or Iris cards before
