What's the best way to use the grenade/rocket launchers? I know blood grenade+lethal arms kills BTs dead but I don't know if these are replacing the hematic grenades or the guns in that equation.

The launchers will replace hematic grenades, but you don't have to worry about losing grenades, and they weigh less.

Big BTs, keep one just incase you find yourself having to deal with one. It'll put some fire in their ass.

Exclusively for end game boss fights. You only need to carry around a single set of custom hematic grenades in case you get an oversized BT and a non-lethal level 3/HG assault rifle for terrorists.
Cord cutting is by far superior to any form of bt combat.

I'm right there with you. I got about 60 hours of straight up loved it enjoyment out of it, and I can also see why people would absolutely despise it. Really weird to see a game so divisive and not just because it's an established brand or something.
