I have no idea what you're talking about, but off the top of my head:
Plastic bags are your friend in the early game, easy storage
Wear as many layers as possible, hypothermia is an easy way to die
ALWAYS carry a crowbar, helps a shit ton with scavenging, you can strap it to your back if you have medium thread
ALWAYS have a lighter, same as above, but you can keep it in a 1x1 square, also useful for fires, obviously
ALWAYS carry either a metal pot or a tin can, pot is prefered, boiled water is the best source for water if you've ran out of bottled or currently have the shits
Botany is a really good source for food, you get a shit ton from foraging woods with it and tells you if shit'll kill you, blue berries are always not poisonous though
Even if you don't have the appropriate gun, take ammo, it sells for an shit ton and takes up no practically room
Most of this stuff is probably pretty intuitive, but hey whatever.
