You ever just get that urge?
You ever just get that urge?
urge to what? to shove those rock dildos to your ass?
I still stride the place even though there is nothing new I can do over there.
I just come up with some artificial goal in my head and start working towards it.
That sounds like my life.
> Thief, eh? It's never too late to take charge of your own fate, you know.
Yes I get the urge to kill some piss skins
To play Todd's viking theme park? No, I've played quite enough of it already. Morrowind and Oblivion are more my style now.
Yes, and then I remember it's an incredibly vapid experience with nothing meaningful to do.
Try Enderal, anons. It's fun.
>Try to play Oblivion on my new computer
>Game keeps fucking crashing after playing for a few minutes
Why does this keep happening? It was able to play on my shitty old computer with all the mods I had, I even tried uninstalling all the graphics mods to see if it was too much for the game to handle but the crashes still happened. I used Wrye Bash to install the mods, and I used BOSS to sort the mods, and I cleaned all the dirty mods with TesEdit but nothing helps. I heard that Oblivion Mod Manager is outdated or something but I need it to use essential mods like Darnified UI, Basic primary needs, and the realistic leveling mod to fix the shitty vanilla leveling in the game.
I'm waiting for Beyond Skyrim.
id sooner urge to stick toothpicks under my toenails and kick a wall
These\
Modded oblivion is so fucking good
So is Enderal, and Nehrim for that matter
Fuck skyrim, seriously
>rock dildo
Look at those holes, they are rock onaholes.
When will Glenmoril be fully completed? Also how long until we also finally get Apotheosis? It's been "coming soon" for awhile now.
I played Enderal
really liked that fucking hour long straight in the line tutorial
everytime when i build a new pc
i play morrowind except i play as a wizard and teleport wherever i want to go with the console
You could just install the Melian's teleport mod for unlimited Marks and to also be able to teleport your followers with you.
If citizens were so against thieves then why was it a fucking constellation?
to clean up the roots?
nah they might be integral to the structure at this stage
i would like to fix windhelm and maybe reclaim helgen though
oblivion is a technical shitheap. even vanilla oblivion crashes more than other bethesda games, god forbid you add a few mods with custom scripts.
doesnt help that its the only elder scrolls game that doesnt have an updated version. skyrim has the special edition, morrowind has openmw, daggerfall has, i dunno unity? meanwhile oblivion is the same piece of shit it was in 2006
>10/10 ost
>professional voice acting
>Lore just as deep (but too weird) as ES
>well written story
>loads of sidequests that are unique and not a chore
>exploring new lands that has you wanting to know more about
>all caves and dungeons are not cookie cutter and have stories behind them
And it's all on a Skyrim engine. I'm convinced that Yea Forums just likes to wallow in their own misery about video games because I never hear much about Enderal
>daggerfall has, i dunno unity?
they started remaking it in skyrim not so long ago
looked ok if not great
What mods to make my game look like that?
If Enderal is a separate game using Skyrim does that mean you can play it and still be able to play your modded Skyrim playthrough?
>Modded oblivion is so fucking good
Could you please give me your list that made it such a pleasant experience for you? Figure it's many overhaul mods, my problem is there are far to many to pick from and work well with others
Don't bother. Not only will it be an unstable piece of shit even if you know how to mod, but you'll be running it at 28 fps.
I just started a new game actually. Fucking hate skyrim but it's the first game I thought of when I got the urge to play an RPG with a ton of customization.
Anyways I'm making a mace and shield paladin, tell me what spells to get.
Yes. They're separate installs.
You did kill ALL of the Dark Brotherhood members right? You wouldn't seriously consider joining these pathetic larpers would you?
i was so disappointed with the DB storyline in skyrim
it was neat that the vamp loli-baits her targets though
if the elder scrolls was a smaller series do you think tod would be brave enough to loli-bait the players?
Either that or ignore them. Honestly, playing all quests (guilds and others) would make DB seem like some mentally ill asshole.
The DB was only cool in Oblivion
Hopefully when/if we get ES6 they'll finally confirm that the Night Mother/Sithis has all been an elaborate ruse perpetuated by Mephala for shits and giggles
Enderal sounds good but fuck installing skyrim again and spend hours looking for mods which require mods which require mods
would be fun
still cant tell if i love or hate the unreliable narrator trope being applicable to half the lore in TES
like its neat that books are sometimes written by NPCs that exist in the series but the fact that the rug can be pulled out from us at any moment because "lol that guy was just wrong bro" is a little worrying
how is it not already true, objective fact is that dark brotherhood is a broken sect of morag tong
Usually you can tell who is more reliable through cross examination. For example Dragonbreak re-examined can be proven wrong pretty easily considering the fact that it was written in 4th era and the first time you read it is in 3rd, because the book itself time traveled.
What are must have texture mods? I'd like as few as possible that include most textures.
enderal > skyrim
its not looking for mods, you just use the installer and its all automatic. also the curse client makes shit super easy if you'd like to shortcut the shortcut
It probably was a ruse, because I doubt Sithis can interact in that fashion.
There is a standalone on their site or the Steam version, which is a fully separate game free if you own original or "remaster" Skyrim.
In both cases, it's easy as shit to get going.
Should I buy Skyrim for the fourth time, this time for my Switch?
I've never finished Skyrim or either DLC.
I made a concerted effort to replay the game, just to finish it, about two years ago, and eventually my game started crashing on save; the only fix was to reload older and older save games until I found one that didn't crash, and start over from there.
I've never finished Skyrim or either DLC.
No.
It's fun.
You guys got me interested
Should I play Nehrim before Enderal? German or english?
Very based
I can't even play this 9 year old game at 4k60 with my 3600x and 2080super with mods. Does playing the special edition make the difference or would it be the same with oldrim?
For me, Maskar is the only overhaul. Everything else is just tweaks that I prefer + AI textures and OBGE
Nigga there were daily enderal threads for like 3 months when the steam release hit.
The sperg/ordinator combination has a few things for paladins like a perk which can mark regular enemies to be effected by your anti-undead spells.
Enderal now has its own folder as of the steam release and you don't really need to mod it at all. I only have about five mods for Enderal and they're really minor.
I hope the folks working on TES6 take some inspiration from Enderal. It's incredible how much effort went into it.
why did they make birthsigns all over the map instead of in the beginning character creation? that was stupid.
That looks so fucking ugly!
You forgot the wonderful mess that is Arktwend.
>Get the sudden urge to install porn mods
>Goes away as soon as I boot up LoversLab and remember all the work involved to make it run smoothly
I wish full-body VR porn existed already.
I'm willing to bet that Apotheosis won't happen, which puts it on the giant cart of the "big" mods that are "being worked on" and are "coming out this year."
Can I get a quick rundown on Enderal?
germans
Nope, because I remember all the time I'm gonna have to spend to mod it.
Why was Skyrim so popular yet so hated?
No. The roughly ten minutes I played of Skyrim nearly a decade ago was quite enough for me.
No, the port is awful.
Bethesda games are popular because no other game plays like them. As in they have a fuckton of mechanical freedom that no other RPGs have bothered to emulate since Morrowind was released.
Skyrim is hated because it's a bad RPG with terrible writing. Like there are very few quests that are well written, and most are related to the Daedra.
Too complicated for casuals
You can't just force someone to make an important decision at the start.
It's better to see a shiny rock that gives you powerups that you can change whenever you feel like.
yea, all the time
but i just end up installing coomer mods, a follower mod and fuck her every 3 minutes
It's genuinely great on all fronts. The main difference from Skyrim is that there's much less emphasis on free world exploration (still plenty of dungeons to plunder though, most with meaningful loot) and there's no improving skills by practice - instead you gain XP and learning points upon leveling up, which you can spend by reading books that raise your skills, if you've ever played a Piranha Bytes game you should be familiar with the system.
nope
fucken casuals.
I did for a few years post-release but by now there is nothing that would compel me to play this piece of shit.
it's been a while since I played Enderal but they added that spirit smith class where you put souls into amulets and it was kind of fun but pretty buggy
my memory is pretty vague but has it been improved at all? rly liked the concept
All the time.
>Remember that I had a ton of fun playing through Skyrim's story mode due to launch hype
>Download the game, install like a hundred mods to overhaul leveling, enemy AI, graphics, sound effects, textures, lighting, etc.
>Download alternate start, start shipwrecked off the north end of the map, grab my clothes and set out on my adventure
>Use my iron sword to kill a Horker, remember that the combat is straight ass and the voice acting is terrible
>Uninstall
I do this at least once a year, sometimes twice.
Never played Skyrim, not even a second
Never will
when will devs finally let go of the voice acting meme?
give me back my morrowind text boxes with a file size 1:1000th that of an audio file
The solution is to avoid mods.
I mean they are great and all, but if you repeatedly just bounce off minutes into the game then you might as well just play vanilla.
The mods aren't the problem, I've played New Vegas ten different times with all sorts of mods that totally change the game. It's the fact that no matter how many mods you download Skyrim just isn't a very good game to play
thats why you use this
youtube.com
>meme soul
hard pass
sekiro mod when?
I've played it through twice now, once when it first released, once when it got a big content update. It's worth a single playthrough if you have the time. I'll try to quickly highlight what's changed
>Instead of leveling skills by using them, you buy skill books from merchants.
>Each gives one point in the applicable skill, for example one-handed apprentice skill books will give points up to max level 25, adept 50, etc
This just makes thieving, whether you're a thief or not, the optimal playstyle because that's the only real way to get enough money without afking outside of the bank for the tiny interest rate to accumulate
>Skill trees reworked and massively simplified, there's only THREE (3) trees in each of mage, warrior, rogue now, for 9 total. Some changes were made for lore purposes, for example to be a werewolf now, you have to be an alchemist and brew a werewolf potion
I remember the psionic tree being pretty OP because you get stupidly overpowered DoT magic and summons in the same tree for so few perks
>Most notable feature is the multiclass system, you get a unique skill based on the two trees you're most invested into, for example you can become an arcane archer which causes you to fire a magic arrow in addition to your normal arrows
Plot is much better than Skyrim, but there's still 1001 unfinishes plots and plot holes
>Main story
Pretty godo but if you have an IQ over 90 you will figure out how the story will end before you're even halfway through, but despite this there's nothing you can do to prevent it and you're railroaded hard even if you go back in time with the nigger to give him closure
There's also two guilds
>Merchant guild
Garbage, skip it.
>NOT the Dark Brotherhood
Unironically a really good story which makes you feel for a very autistic boy. Unfortunately much like the main story it's railroaded to the same outcome no matter what you do, with a few slight variations which ultimately don't matter
Is World Eater Beater worth installing? It seems pretty old and I'm not sure if its a buggy mess or anything and if it would be safe to uninstall after beating Aludin.
That doesnt sound appealing at all. You made it sound like 10 times worse than skyrim with some basic perk rehaul mods.
I was about to do another playthrough after not playing for 2 years then I realized a bunch of mods I desperately need haven't been updated for the current version yet and I don't feel like downgrading after getting recent versions for a bunch of other mods already. So now I can't start and I'll probably lose the urge by the time these mods get updated.
Can you get it for pirated copies?
yes, then I remember the gameplay and just put on Rainy Day Music and Ambience in Youtube, just like I did now.
I didn't even get into some of the worst parts, like how the Dwemer ruins are still in the game, except this time they're just elves who, like the Dwemer, also all disappeared. (This plotline is never finished despite it being vital to the main story and you going to their sky city)
>It's incredible how much effort went into it.
no, its totally credible, what it does however make hard to believe is that you had to pay for skyrim when enderal was free.
I've heard you can still just stick the Enderal files in the righ location and have it work as usual but I wouldn't know.
I think all the bugs lots of people noticed back when they made the big update were fixed, maybe?
Comfy-spooky RPG world that improves on Skyrim in every way I can think of, also
Why is the forgotten vale so fucking comfy?
>nehrim
>better than skyrim
yeah fuck off. were you on the dev team maybe? it's fucking trash.
for a moment i forgot alduin is also the world eater
im not even in a terraria thread
>tfw i've installed sooo many mods that installing any more might just break everything
Snow is automatically comfy.
>tfw even turning into a fa/tg/uy won't let me escape from Todd
Any mods that add housing there?
Play Vigilant
How long is enderal roughly, if im enjoying the game and not rushing through it
Give me a quick rundown on Vigilant
I've regularly played with over 400 installed mods and it only crashed in intervals of 3 hours of consecutive play.
If you do the main story + the two factions, somewhere around 20-30 hours I think
I loaded it with sex mods and ruined the game for myself honestly. Can't play without every moment becoming a BDSM orgie and cant turn the mods off because then it feels like something is missing.
>Can't play without every moment becoming a BDSM orgie
Based.
>immediately switch to warrior
>no comment
Keep posting this blurry fucking image.
reminder: Todd means death in netherlands
It's very scenic.
youtube.com
The main quest is fairly long but I'd expect you could take a few detours along the way and still have it done in 15-20 hours.
No, normalfag, I don't. Just wait for the ps5 skyrim remaster quietly and shut the fuck up
No. Get rid of that awful toy.
any mod packs you guys recommend?
en.uesp.net
dev mods best mods not really but i feel like they belong in the game just because the devs made em
Morrowloot and your meme combat overall of choice.
what do yo guys think of Lexy's LOTD mod overhaul?
You join the Vigilants of Stendarr and hunt daedras and vampires and Molag Bal fucking with you the entire time trying to corrupt you.
I got the urge to play again a couple weeks ago. Started up with the Ultimate Skyrim, and after 4+ hours to set the fucking thing up, it's amazing and I'm totally hooked again.
No, I wasn't a fucking child when it came out so I know what good video games are.

SAM
>did not even bother to talk to the girl to get my fever checked
>completed all bounty quests
>explored most of the map
>leveled up nicely
>neaky-beaky archer
>stealth is dogshit in the game with how bullshit AI detection is
>stop time + explosive arrows is the only stealthy combo
>skill books are a terrible concept and are there to "sink" money
>rng-y loot though neat sets
>story is somewhat interesting
Still beats Skyrim, imagine that.
Also
BREEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD.
You think falmer get ''better'' one day?
HOW CAN I MAKE MY GAME LOOK AS GOOD user
TELL ME
>Vigilant
I'm Meridia kind of guy, sorry.
take the enbpill
What are the best loverslab mods to make me coom.
Doest work properly in first person or is it the case of Souls syndrome?
Well, you need sexlab besides that, depends. Story mods? Amorous Adventures is okay. I also like sexlab solutions.
>>did not even bother to talk to the girl to get my fever checked
user I..
How difficult is enderal, should i just keep the default setting at Adept?
Thanks, that'll get me started.
Yes, I played it mostly in first person also in my opinion its meant to be in first person when you go through those flashbacks in the quest.
>its meant to be in first person
>when you go through those flashbacks
So it means its not in the first person?
The urge to get gangraped by every male in whiterun, arrested by the guards for public indecency, gangraped by the guards as punishment for being gangraped, sentenced to sharing a cell with a horny troll, finally being released as a rehabilitated and functional member of society only for the first man I see to remind me that a woman's place is on his cock and for the whole cycle to start again? Yeah sometimes, but making the game pretty and smooth is a game in itself and I finally ended the cycle years ago by deleting all my cannothave mods and configurations, so now it's really over.
Like, fuck the main quest.
I've yet to see a dragon, i slayed a damn triceratops, countless dragon-lizard-things, got myself a spirit piglet pet, helped an old codger hook up with his sweetheart... its fun!
>that ambassador slut that wants you
I've yet to finish that questline.
I do. Then I play it for 20 minutes and am bored
Do you get to the Cloud District very often? Oh, what am I saying - of course you don't.
In the flashbacks you aren't Dragonborn so it would be weird to be in third person because it still uses your character rather than who you're seeing the memories of.
I'l let you know there's no PUSSIIEEEEEEE
It's not so difficult but you can wander into high level encounters by accident sometimes. Remember that there are items hand-placed in the world so it's worth exploring dangerous locations since you could find a good weapon, spell or armor piece.
Particularly strong enemies can oneshot you early on so sometimes you need to play smart if you want to get the goods. Stealth is more realistic than in Skyrim so you can't just use a potion and expect to sneak past everything.
I had it, but then my restartitis kicked in. I can't have much fun when I never progress much.
BROS
Should I play Enderal in german or english? Which one sounds better
I already have user
i took the wrong one.
whats the best one, or rather, a good one for a gtx 1070 that looks like op's image
>german
>ever
yuck
go to tesg
To me the unreliable narrator thing has always smacked of dev laziness.
Plus they obviously have no respect for the product they’re creating or its intended audience as evidenced by Pagliarulo’s “strong narratives in video games are stupid” speech
Roll, you n'wahs.
I've been in the process of coomerifing my Skyrim since yesterday, walking around as fat assed high elf with her no cock like horsecock orc futa has been gr8.
So majority of it is in third person... because? Animations?
What part of my roll determines horse-cock vs. human cock?
It aint me, it aint me, im no Dragonporn one, yoh!
Yes but then I remember just how dumb down and shallow skyrim actually is and then I get a crave to play an actual rpg.
I've played skyrim for close to 1000 hours and I just cant stomach anymore, it's so bland and soulless I cant stand to play anymore.
Rolling for future gameplay
...
rollan
Its shallow and dumbed down so any normie can play it.
Its celebrated by normies but despised by by rpg players
already checked that out a few weeks ago
my game looks like shit now
Play VIGILANT
I'm rolling
Every time I restart the game I think I want to try to join the Stormcloaks, but then when I realize I have to shit all over Whiterun I change my mind. Is there any benefit to joining them at all?
'ate knoife ears
'ate imperiuls
Love skyrim
Simple as
>im no dargonborn
>proceed to roll most vanilla dragonporn
Ayy Lorkhan stop fucking with me ffs.
>Nord

>skills are some broken shit right there
>lockpick, enchanting, alchemy, pickpocket, two-handed, conjuration
>worship Akatosh, Azura and Boethia on the side
>can do Dragonporn questline too
>job: hunter
Im so vanilla im dripping icecream right now. Broken-ass strider in cheat-tier gear summoning my battleaxe to "vanquish all with me AX!".
I don't join either side. I mostly play bretons or dunmer.
guys everytime i start the game my wagon begins to spin everywhere and it wont make it to town help
Cheap-ass wannabe DS.
Working as intended.

You're finally awake...

take a guess fag
You need to use an alternate start mod
The souls bits are only to distract smoothbrained lorelets from what's really happening.
None whatsoever.
>implying you can rp in skyrim
Enjoy playing the warrior/cleric/thief hybrid role that the game funnels you into
Just use Alternate Start
So far I have
>Orc
>nondragonborn
>Dark Brotherhood and Volkihar Clan
>Destruction, Conjuration, and Light Armor
This character seems a little retarded. One of my god options is Nocturnal, so I may use Thieves Guild for my free choice.
This'll count as my final roll. Maybe something will click.
>Bald gruff telling you how disappointed he is in you
>Get remplaced by a senile old fuck as well
Install colorful magic so you can only play wizard
>installed skyrim just to use the level up sound as my phones notification
>elect to use battle music as ringtone too
>well i've got it installed i might as well replay it
anyanon have a fun vanilla playthrough idea?
if not i may just attempt to achieve peak comfywind
Yeah, and what is really happening is the usual anime shit.
Fuckin' rollin'
Its neat, can have some roleplay possibilities.
VIGILIANT is unironically lore-friendly aside from the soulsworship
Im not sure who is in the wrong there...
i play a tes game pretty much every year, its great because even today mods for morrowind are still being actively developed, so its like playing the games for the first time again and again. last time i played skyrim i was amazed at how good the city mods were now to make them game feel much more alive.
That's actually pretty fucking cool
Doubt it.
IT DOESN'T FUCKING MATTER IF YOU PLAY IN FIRST OR THIRD PERSON HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF?
>skyrim
meant morrowind
skyrim is not morrowind
are you playing at higher than 60 fps? you need to fix the ini for that so the physics don't break.
based
Yes I get the urge to mod skyrim every once in a while. Recently I've been trying to make it look like a ps1 game but I'm running to issues. UI doesn't scale well when the resolution is that low and I can't seem to be able to disable mipmaps correctly. Also I would have to make a low poly models for everything and I don't think I have time for that.
Not him but, are you telling me the physics are tied to the game FPS?
Is this why some items go fucking bonkers indoor in my playthrough?
Now I have to decide if he/she's a dumb, bumbling assassin, or just play it straight. Might be fun to play stupid, especially with 'zerking for when things go wrong.
The mod implies that Molag Bal was once a mortal which isn't canon to the lore at all, the Hero of Kvatch is the only mortal to ever become a Daedric Prince.
Matters for me because its either first-person or get-the-fuck-out.
Does Enderal have any mods?
>destruction
>conjuration
>dumb
Aint dumb. Play straight.
it's a great game!
there's no shame in having fun
They deserved better than what they got in my opinion
I joined Stormcucks on my first playthrough, when that shit happened I deleted all my saves and started over.
>have to follow one of those dipshits all the way to riverwood again from the chopping block
eugh...
the only thing elves "deserve" is a sword to their throats
Then play in first person there's nothing stopping you there's no animations or whatever in third person only.
They got fucked over, yes. Maybe they will become more conscious some day or gods will help them.
Nah accepting the merlets' deal was fucktarded
>get the skyrim itch again
>open game
>forget i modded my character to be a cute futa with a 3ft cock
>fap and close game
its bethesda what do you think. been that way since at least oblivion.
Vanilla max out your heal spells and shield perks get the targe as well it's fun as fuck to send shit airborne by charging through enemies with your shield with the right perk and just wailing on them
Why the fuck didn't the just flee to Morrowind instead? It's been I while since I played Dawnguard.
Because the Norfs were buttfucking Morrowind as well.
I still want to see what the hell managed to fuck up the atmorans. Whatever those lizard people from that western continent that apparently resulted in the imperials.
I fucking hate Balgruff. Wish I could've killed him during the siege.
Ice Dragons.
Is there any mod that makes leveling up take a lot longer? I'm sick of getting over leveled and being in my 20s just from exploring a few dungeons on my way to Whiterun. That character creation overhaul mod isn't that great in fact it made it even worse making my magic skills level up even faster. Also how come no one has made a mod that brings back actual attributes like strength intelligence?
I realize this is a dumb as fuck question, but I really don't know what to do about it, but in my Rimjob the water that flow around rocks and shit in rivers and creek is bright as all fuck even in dark environment, I think it's my ENB but is there a fix?
LE Skyrim with Vibrancy ENB.
he's a cuck
Jews did 9/11
Might help to see a screenshot.
>trust the dwemer
>leave skyrim
wow that's a tough one
Yes. Most Skyrim mods won't work for Enderal (or work properly) but there are some that will work fine and some Enderal-specific mods too.
that doesnt sound right
it should take you about two days of playing to get to 20th unless you're TRYING to level up fast or you're no-lifing
Any sexy Enderal specific ones?
I understand, give me a minute to boot steam and all that shit.
I forgot to say that I do use a water mod, which is dumb of me to not point it out, but I just woke up and as far as I know it shouldn't cause this since I've used it previously and it didn't caused this but it's realistic water 2.
When will he wake up from his 200 year slumber? You'd think there would be a quest in Skyrim where he tries to get you to build a shrine for him so he can try to spread his influence to mortals.
the cold honestly. I hope we get a thaw one day and explore recolonizing it. Would be good.
And then, after walking all through Atmora, you come to a huge ice wall...and have to talk about what the Empire's tax policy is.
Not anymore, no. My first character got to 48, 2nd to 51, another to 48, one to 35, another to ...40 something, and my last one to 52. I've done just about everything except dragonborn. I love skyrim but I've capped out.
racial example of talk shit get hit. Them and the Ayleids were very, very retarded
Well being in the 20s is a big of an exaggeration but its still really fast leveling up, in my current playthrough though I used alternate start and didn't really start the main quest for awhile.
It gradually slows down once you get in the 20s and 30s; you'll be in the low fifties after doing everything in the base game
the 20s and 30s are a sweet spot imo; not so weak you're constantly afraid of dying, but not so strong that you can just whoop everything with little effort
20s aren't over-leveled
they see me modding...
I wouldn't know since I don't have lewd mods.
I think some people ported over some of Skyrim's lewd mods though.
Here.
Forgive the retarded resolution, I only have a single monitor and I prefer to play windowed.
I reinstalled the game yesterday so I don't have metric crapton of mods, and as I said the only one that affect water is realistic water 2.
ASIS can help make the game hard if you use magic mods so that way enemies could use powerful spells and fight smartly.
My problem is that I get so frustrated with how shit I am early on that I just go nuts maxxing things out and by the time I think the character is where it needs to be, it's already too late.
Ayylids took slaves, snelfs just defended their home.
Does it permanently stay like that, or does it flicker as you change view and move around it?
base game mages are already OP with their haxxord destruction spells
just play at a nice calm pace; run away from hard things and make sure you have decent gear and consummables
I play on master and I don't have trouble with the low levels; you just need to be careful.
Part of me is glad most of the sex mods don't work with the VR version of the game but every time I boot it up all I can think about is my depraved 200 hour playthrough with all sorts of sick shit modded in and I lose interest. I could only imagine how much time I would waste if I could do it all over again in VR.
Stay permanently.
This affect every body of water in the game, I think it's the texture itself that's fucked up, but I also know that sometime ENB do funny things with them.
Try turning off whatever you're doing with the water first. If it's static I'm not too convinced it's to do with lighting.
Is this any better?
why does the gameplay get worse with each game? i almost considered reinstalling skyrim but then i remember it's actually worse than clickwind and clickblivion with how clunky it is. and to top it off the magic sucks eggs
yes
How should the combat be?
>inb4 a soulshit game
We just suggested something better, so you ant post a regression into absolute dogshit.
h
Definitely the ENB, I disabled the mod and went to the same spot, exact same issue, then I turned off the ENB and as you can see, the water is fine.
I guess I'll just switch, kind of annoying since I liked this enb and wanted to lightly tweak it to my liking since I'm retarded with technical shit but if it's breaking the water like that it's just going to be a pain in the ass.
I think the gameplay gets better with each game. Morrowind was a boring hackfest, oblivion was better but it was still hectic, floaty, grindy, and weightless. Skyrim is the best of them; its weighty and visceral, but I always hate input delay.
A while back I was thinking about playing modded oblivion for the first time, but after deciding on my modlist I realized I had basically just made skyrim.
Oblivion is unironically more soulless than Skyrim. Morrowind still has more soul than both of them though
yeah could be the enb isnt compatible with your weather or even lighting mods
in terms of soul(e)
1. Oblivion
2. Skyrim
3. Morrowind
name a non larp faction in skyrim
if you play it for the first time. sure
Oblivion had way more soul
gimme a nexus link and ill try it
how's the magic in enderal
roller
Oblivion is a generic fantasy theme park full of lore rape
Your ready for Daggerfall Unity
>Install Rudy ENB
>Install verdant and use the 1k grasee
>install noble 2k
>Game goes from 60fps ultra to like 45 fps
>Give up and uninstall everything
It never run this bad before did Nvidia fuck my 1080.
fuck todd
yes
what
Yes.
More fun than in Skyrim, there are some new spells and summon creatures and whatnot and the skill trees are pretty good. You can be a necromancer who absorbs energies from corpses or use force pushes like a Jedi, among other things.
it makes people seethe for some reason but even something simple like dark messiah's physics based combat. it's not like the world isn't already full of hills, ledges, traps, and fires anyway. but knowing bethesda it would be too buggy.
Oh shit does this include all the fixes for Legendary so it doesnt crash etc
Thieves Guild
>Lazy bums that can't even get away with pickpocketing a drunk and worships Nocturnal like cucks instead of breaking her curses and telling her to get fucked like in Oblivion
College of Winterhold
>a bunch of arrogant novices that think they're all masters for being able to cast simple spells and possibly puts a retard that can only cast a fireball in charge after the old Arch Mage dies
Companions
>A bunch of degenerate yiffers that got tricked by witches
Bard's College
>you don't ever get to actually be a bard all you do is a fucking fetch quest for a poem that the guild master performs instead of you
Oblivion had better guilds
It's less buggy than Skyrim since the developers knew what they were dealing with.
Any mods for it or anything? Or just install and run.
The steam version installs in its own folders so it's really simple. Unlike Skyrim you don't really need to mod it unless there are particular things you want.
I just use the enderal version of the faster arrows mod and something to change the hud a little.
And the mod for my lizard of course.
What about ENBs and Weather
To play Skyrim? All the fuckin time but I can never feel satisfied with the mods I install. I always feel like theres something missing. I need something to vary up the monsters or something
Enderal has its own ENB thing IIRC which you just have to toggle on. Weathers, I'm not sure, it has new weathers that Skyrim doesn't have but I don't know if anyone made weather mods for it.
Im tempted. Do I have to install Legendary edition?
not this guy but
can I play it with a cracked skyrim
Oblivion suffers from a lot of the sins of skyrim in my opinion
The original Enderal didn't require any DLCs, just oldrim. I think you can download the steam version if you have any version of Skyrim in your library.
Maybe. I've heard you can just by dragging and dropping the files.
I can't get into Skyrim, oblivion with a few simple mods is much better
I dont give a shit about the lore, I give a shit about a game with fun quests and fun mage mechanics
>suffering through elder scrolls “gameplay” without caring about the lore
wew lad
That's not bad actually, i have like 100 mods and i get crashes like once every 4 hours, i usually play an hour of it so no problem
yeah my monitor is capped at 144hz
finna
is enderal skyrim 2?
who?
No, it's an entirely new game that doesn't have any relation to the TES universe.
HOLD UP THIS SHIT IS SPOOKY
You killed them, remember?
the lore of elder scrolls just plain isnt very good
t. lorelet
>dude CHIM lmao
>time travel!
>giant robots!
>fuckin towers n shiet
>sword-singing nukes!
>malacath is LITERALLY shit
>genocidegenocidegenocide
How are you in EVERY thread.
>got tricked by witches
That's just an excuse. They could have ended the curse by just not accepting it when they join the Circle. They all wanted it, every one of them.
I'm not?
>Learn Dark Brotherhood is in shambles, and realise they are a joke due to their lack of presence in Skyrim and inability to handle the Aventus case
>Kill them all.
>Rewarded and trusted by the guards.
>Become your own assassin, a one-man brotherhood that takes on contracts and erases all scum from Skyrim
>You are...Red Hood.
Shit, now I feel like doing another playthrough with the above concept. Fuck you, user.
Why does every graphical mod for these games just make it look darker
>Fun mage mechanics
>in the game where you had to spend 30 hours autistically grinding random skills to max your stat bonuses every level before you could do anything because otherwise you wouldn't have enough magicka to kill one random enemy at high level
Did you ever get the chance to fight the giant clockwork dragon in the sky city? Or was that just cutscene exclusive
Well, if your character actually believes in what the dark brotherhood stands for (whatever the fuck that is) you basically restore it to it's true self by becoming the master of it and eliminate all the larpers in the process. If not well, do what you do.
>You are being pursued by an aroused Paarthurnax
There is a dragon at the dragonsreach by wellwatch. There is a dragon-goat fast travel thing in the desert you can fight
is twilight princess a good game? i remember hating the wolf parts and just wanting to be link
Yeah, i killed the black one in the desert.
I LIKE YOUR ASS MORGAN
It's pretty good, yeah. Not without flaws, and like Half Life 2 it had a ton of stuff cut before release.
I don't understand how Yea Forums works. This thread gets a post every 10 minutes or so, yet a new thread will die in less than that.
All i know is that im going to sleep in 10 minutes and when i wake up in the morning it will be archived.
So long as anons keep posting, and posting relevant stuff, the thread will live so long as OP does not delete it or it hits post limit.
threads probably die if nobody responds to them by the time they hit page 3
Urge to shove 9 Cadbury Creme eggs up my arse? Don't mind if I do.
Yes, but then I burn myself out with the porn mods
Krosis!
To spend 12 hours installing and de-conflicting mods so I can play it for 30 minutes and uninstall?
Honestly someone should just make a game with mechanics similar to the mod management.
>Take a look at loverslab for coom
>There's a gorillions mods for devious devices
>Which I don't like because it slow down everything to a fucking crawl literally
>A metric tons of old ass mods dating back as far as 2012
>Some redux mods that apprently are the old mods but updated, but also old
>Some redux mods of redux mods
>nothing is sorted properly
Am I just dumb or is this website a fucking pain to navigate?
>been binging it daily for over a week
todd fucking release me already please
Release it for PS4 somehow and we’ll talk.
I didn't really like Oblivion, felt like a generic mish-mash of Tolkien tropes. Considering it released and was developed around the same time as LOTR's height, it kind of makes sense.
Morrowind on the other hand is something that hooked me completely. I genuinely felt like a foreigner in an alien land.
Oblivion doesnt hold up nearly as well as it used to. Skyrim is a better action game and morrowind is a better rpg. Oblivion sits in an awkward middle
It absolutely is. Pissing and shitting as often as they are about Nexus, you'd think they'd offer a better file browser
It’s an okay port if you absolutely want it portable. But remember console versions start to fall apart after 100 hours of play and you cant fix anything with console commands
OP. Played an hour with melee, every fight was a struggle to not die. More than 1 enemy was a death sentence. Reroll magic cause I wanted to summon minions. Annihilate everything with fire, gg ez. Im not restarting again but it makes combat a bit boring, go spellsword but dont go purely magic.
morrowind was on another level. i got attacked by an assassin in the night early in the game and was dressed like a gimp till i found some glass armor.
Jyggalag
>haven’t played since 2012
>think of sweet spells word to build
>get to first village
>bored immediately after 1.25 hours
>uninstall.exe
>he tries to get you to build a shrine for him
That's not really his style. Despite how much Daedric Princes require worship, he's more of a do-er than a schemer.
I started playing last night on my old summoner char. I got a mod that lets me revive anything dead and make them my thrall, and a mod that makes atronachs scale with my level. It's hilarious, they shred everything even on legendary.
And that's why he's pretty much unknown in Mundus, if he can't take over the daedric realms then why not try going after the mortal world?
didn't the hero of kvatch become sheogorath, so the sheogorath we see in skyrim is the hero?
Oh yes, then I fucking default into the bow again.
GOD I HATE MYSELF DOING THAT SHIT
Because he's more likely to confront the Princes that wronged him and "disrupted the order" than he is to step foot on Nirn for the time being. The Daedric Princes that confined him didn't just piss him off, but they violated the rules of the game.
So he'll just bide his time with the splinter groups of Sheogorath worshippers and wait until he regains a fraction of his power.
look at this wonderful compelling argument. You really convinced me how shit the lore really is! Thank you, user!
Yes, he even mentions about being there when Martin became a dragon.
>bow
pleb
If Talos isn't a god then why do I get my diseases cured and given a blessing when I pray at a Talos shrine?
DON'T YOU MEAN TIBER SEPTIM?
i coomed
That was who he was as a mortal, he is now Talos, piss skin.
>Redownload Skyrim
>Spend a week of my life acculmulating mods, 90% of which I don't even need
>Launch game
>Coom
>Uninstall everything by the end of the month
Every November since 2011 and I fucking hate this game. Why does this keep happening?
how are you supposed to play this game without cheesing it to beat the ridiculous hp bloat?
I havent played Skyrim since I beat it a few months post launch. No DLCs no mods all vanilla.
If I jump into it, whats the best way to go about? Aside from all the DLC Ive not played what mods are must haves?
Arvak is 100 times better than Shadowmere. You never have to worry about losing him.
To want to be turned into an argonian maid?
_Yes!_
Idk why but I share the same experience albeit with MGSV (although less issues with it)
The benefit is killing elves
>tfw no qt khajit gf
Shill faggot. That game is so boring I literally fell asleep playing it
You can't shill a free game.
My PC sucks but i love taking good screenshots like this.
Also i'm aiming for M'riss'i, i she is a nice girl
How do you type with boxing gloves on?
Used to. After ~900hrs in vanilla alone it ran out. Only game that I've not had that terminal feeling kick in for is Deus Ex. Play it at least once or twice a year. Conspiravision is the best song ever made for a video game.
>morrowind is a better rpg
No it's not. There aren't even any dialogue options in Morrowind.
rock and rollin'
Oh baby o lawd
There's sex mods for MGSV?
Rollink
You can still use mods with Enderal right? Is there some sort of compatible mod list?
Meh
i really liked the questline in morrowind where you get a khajiit gf
This. Snow in any piece of media is just fucking comfy as hell.
>32fps
Indeed.
roll out
There should've been one in Oblivion and Skyrim as well
I played it on console in 2011. It was okay.
nig
>Skyrim lets you be with any race except khajiit and bosmer
>even though khajiit have the best male and female characters in the game
>J'zargo is probably the most memorable character in the game
>can't fuck him
I don't get it. Shit better be fixed for Starfield and VI, Todd. No cat race romance and I pirate.
