Every single new operator looks like absolute dogshit, pic related is one of them. It's a soja game made for sojaboys. Even the previously good looking girls got butchered in their new skins, while all the men are colored with the exception of one character.

Derank until you hit Copper V and then dab on actual children and people who play with Xbox controllers. Playing on a level actually comparable to your skill is awful because everyone takes the game super seriously and gets mad at you for not picking the same 6-8 meta operators.

Custom games are fun, but there isn't a server browser so good luck actually playing that mode.

The balance has been shit for years now because the game is more and more becoming a call of duty where everyone is rushing, running around corners and hoping to get the 0.09s peakers advantage.

Meanwhile Utility becomes worthless, maps are balanced around being e-sport friendly instead of allowing for destruction and utility. Most maps don't even look and feel like real buildings anymore. They are labyrinths of randomly sewed together corridors and rooms that don't even make sense. Most of the rounds are decided in the first 20 seconds of who get's the spawnkill. Defenders are running out of the building and jumping out of windows like crazy instead of defending an objective. Everyone is just trying to abuse the best bullethole/pixelpeak thanks to scopes just being magnification + overlay instead of proper pip/3d. Bullets shoot like lasers out of your eye instead of where your weapon is - which makes even more ridiculous peaks possible.

Meanwhile new Operators have space gadgets with holograms and lasers. It makes me sick.

All sites have a bunch of optimal strategies, not just one, and honestly you should play casual until you unlock all ops anyways so you actually learn the game

I'm playing tachanka exclusively on plat 3, all you need is aim to back it up and you can play whatever you want. This is also the problem of the game right now, you don't really have to do anything else. It's only about frags, frags, frags. Fuck the objective, fuck defending anything. Make as many holes in windows as you can and jump out somewhere else every few seconds. Or just be a fancy roamer like vigil or caveira and the game becomes ezmode.

Where's the strategy and tactics? It's comparable to playing deathmatch in CS nowadays.

This. Plus. Console is infested with m/k, macros, try hard, smurfs, DDOSers... PC is full of hacking. The game is broken as hell.

Have you played the game in the last like 2 years? The meta's so trap heavy and getting info as an attacker is so hard you're unironically fucked if you rush even as a champ, and as a defender the most aggressive you get to be is with spawn peeks and smart roaming

Yes I play the game every single day and I'm in high plat and with all the info you get as a defender it's so fucking easy to rush every window and door on the map and constantly be a fucking threat at every single shitty point of the map. There is no reason not to play hyper agressive brainlet nowadays.

Same for attackers, why bother clearing a floor when the defenders most likely will get intel on you anyway. Just get into the spot as fast as possible before the roamers come back and pick you or your team off. Every trade is a bad thing for attackers as you require more active utility than the defenders.

m/k is perfectly fine, the optimal way to play and not cheating.

The base version of the game comes with all year 1 ops unlocked by default and you can unlock all year 1 ops within the first 20 hours of gameplay if you bought the starter edition when it was still a thing. You should have at least 5 ops on both sides before ever touching ranked at level 30.

Yeah on pc. Console cucks have something called a xim that lets them use mouse/keyboard in any games they want and there's nothing anyone can do about it. Thing is it bypasses how some games circumvent it like Fortnite for example. Usually if it detects you're using m/kb it'll put you in a lobby with other m/kb players but with the way the xim works is that it emulates a controller and makes the game think you're still rocking a controller so you get paired infairly with both a mouse, keyboard, AND aim assist.

I remember playing the beta for Siege and I was genuinely impressed by the graphical style of the game. Rooms were lit realistically, the smoke and spark effect when shooting guns looked great, it had actual night maps back then. It looked nice. Now everything is so sterile. The colors are super saturated and the lighting is cranked up to 300%. It looks awful now.
