highest difficulty just ain't cutting it.
for one, i used a witcher 3 mod / enemy overhaul to increase mob attack speed, probability to stand guard or block, increase resistance and increase crit and counter.
if youre masochist, you can even add stamina amount to every movement you do, so instead of spamming attacks you do quality over quantity
