The maps are pretty meh and they repeat a lot of them among each of the routes.

>recycled maps for 80% of the routes
>uninspired maps that aren't offensively bad, but also not good
>monastery gets old fast and take too long even if you fast travel everywhere
>the teaching can't be automated unless you want to be penalised for not doing it manually, gets old fast just like the monastery and you have to keep it up for the entire fucking game
>OST that is dogshit compared to previous entries
>unresponsive menuing when compared to the 3DS entires
>edelgard being a shit nonsensical villian
>divine pulse and aggro-lines remove any difficulty the game had
>hard mode had to be patched in, ruining your first experience being anything but the easiest shit
>art is also shit after being stellar in the previous entries and even better in the fucking mobile game

They should have committed less or more to the Monastery/content extraneous to battles. As it stands it is an awkward in-between.
