Yeah I'm pretty sure that bit about the cards being the first trial was a lie. I mean, look at the fuckin sprites that came out when he was first caught out. We never saw those again (I think). Seems like a convenient lie to explain away the reason behind why he put the cards down. My money is on him being the traitor.

The danger with Q-Taro's trial is in getting caught and everyone subsequently ganging up on him and voting him to die. That being said, yeah, he's definitely up there as a potential candidate. Following that same line of logic, Shin's trial is also relatively easier than the others.

On the flip side you have shit like office guy's trial which is basically a straight-up murder and baker girl's trial which is completely luck-based (and that's assuming they were telling the truth about only one gun being loaded)
