We know that multiple Silent Hill games are in development. There have been noises about Sony visiting Konami in 2019 to talk to them about Silent Hill. But ultimately, the other Silent Hill games have been in development since about 2017, and any Kojima SH game would have been in development since 2019 at best. So announcing it now would be nothing more than a PR stunt.

It's pretty much 100% confirmed Horizon Zero Dawn is coming to PC, and I think that's gonna be the tip of the iceberg. Suppose Sony snag a new Silent Hill game as an exclusive. It'll come to PC almost certainly, which is a very good thing.

What will you guys do if Kojima comes out on stage and sternly tells the audience that they should have shown Metal Gear Survive the appreciation it deserved.

Best outcome:
3 Silent Hill games. All outsourced. 2 to non-Japanese studios. 1 to Kojima Productions.
Not so great outcome:
Konami canned at least one of the other SH games.
Worst outcome:
The only SH game coming is Kojima's incredibly on the nose jumpscare simulator.
