How do you react when someone else uses your main? Do you try to beat them in a mirror match to flex? Do you root for the to win as well? Do you try to see if you can learn anything from them? This isn't referring to just smash

Happy because I wanna see people play and push the character further. If I can learn something then all the better
Belmont player here, tired of people still whining about the projectiles.
Richter main here, you have to admit the projectile spam is fucking ridiculous. I love it, reminds me of Harmony of Despair
i do the dumbest, cheesiest braindead shit the character can do to see if they're also a cool dude and join me in an apefight
Nah, people just gotta not flowchart every MU.

The absolute best. Always includes screeching at the start of the match.
In any game but smash it's just be to try to learn. In smash it entirely depends if they use AC cloud or not. If yes I try to destroy them and then don't rematch
I'm finding Inkling less and less the more I go up Elite Smash and there's only one other Inkling player at my locals and he was an easy 2-0. When I run into another Inkling main I try to grind out as many games as I can to learn something and it's helped a lot.
The last time I ran into an Inkling, whenever he did something unsafe on shield, instead of holding shield (like I do), he dashes away then dashes back in to do a fast option like a jab or something. This slippery movement is way better than being stationary and can potentially let Inkling go under someone's OOS options (especially aerials) and also helps with Inkling's own lackluster OOS game.
I should really spend more time in the Inkling discord looking for 1v1s but eh.
DORIYAH
When I see a fellow Dry bones I try not to hit them, best part when there's like 3 or 4 of us in the top places
